Seems to be the same as 活力行动药水, only difference being this one is made with up to date materials, which is nice because the old one was really rare to come by on the AH or find someone willing to farm it for you.

An absolute god-send for Horrific Visions. Getting stunned is usually what will kill you in visions - either by direct damage or by sanity damage - so having a bunch of these on hands is exceptionally useful. They also work on the leaden foot madness to help you move faster when you've really gotta move.

A vanilla recipe also exists incase you cannot get your hands on the WoD version. Both types share a CD.

As of Shadowlands this potion can only be used until level 49, whereas for whatever reason the Vanilla version (活力行动药水) can be used until level 50.

If you still want to use a living action potion to do Horrific Visions, it's probably best to pause XP until you've finished however many you want to do or until you feel that you can do them without the potions at all. With everything scaling it will probably be easier to finish up BFA content with an over-geared level 50 than it will with an under-geared 50-something (as I found out when I died to a previously easy WQ elite the other day).

I searched through the newer SL alchemy recipes already, but sadly the only thing similar is this 无拘移动药水 which prevents a stun effect, but won't remove one. Too bad Crafter's Marks can't be used to upgrade potions & elixirs.
