How to get it: build a Lumber Mill and go harvesting lumber until you find a Fallen Tree. When you harvest this fallen tree you find a Barov under it (Weldon Barov for alliance and probably Alexi for horde), on rescuing him he offers a quest to become a follower. Returning to your garrison will find him at your lumber mill with another quest to find his brother and take his head (Reduction in Force), this rewards the trinket.

The guys seem bugged atm. Out of 40+ mobs fought in the ten minutes they 'helped' me, they joined in on exactly ONE fight. All the other encounters they just stood around and watched.

I did find out that they peons stay out even if you switch to another trinket, which will be nice if they ever start working.

Keep this trinket. You can swap it, wait for the equip cooldown, pop it, then swap to your higher ilvl trinket. As long as you don't die you get an extra DPS buff for 10 minutes out of an hour. Not amazing, but good for bosses.

Update: You have to take damage from the boss before they will start attacking. And they have low health so the boss can't do massive AOE. However I've had them stay alive for the entirety of a fight like Brackenspore and at ilvl 665 they still do around 5-7% additional free damage (only once per hour but worth it). For bosses like Butcher they'll get wiped out by the first cleave so don't bother. Also work well on Imperator.

I dropped my lumber mill, then lost the trinket. Now I have lvl 3 lumber mill and no trinket? Any ideas?

This trinket only works on the first mob I attack when clicking it. After that, the lumberjacks just run around following me. Is anyone else having this problem?

I activated the trinket, so the lumberjacks showed up, and then swaped to another trinket. The lumberjacks stayed around, so it is possible to swap trinkets. You have to do that before a fight though.

A quick summary for how to obtain this trinket:

Getting started:
1. Get started on Warlords of Draenor and build your Garrison.
2. Do the Garrison questline culminating with 越大越好, and expand your Garrison to tier 2.
3. Build a 伐木场等级1 on a medium building slot, and do the building introduction quest line.

Finding your Barov:
4. Now you should look for 倒下的树木, an object with multiple spawn points in different zones, changing for each day. More information on specific possible locations can be found here: 倒下的树木
5. Once found, interact with it to free your Barov who will immediately give you a quest making him a Follower. Then he will disappear.

Helping your Barov:
6. Head back to your Garrison, and you will find your Barov in your 伐木场等级1. He will offer you the quest 强制缩编/强制缩编.
7. Now for practical reasons let your Barov be where he is. Do not send him out on missions nor anything at all until you have completed the quest and turned it in for this trinket. Otherwise you have to wait for him to return, and you might get the same experience as a lot of other players regarding not being able to turn in this quest.

I don't know why, but for me it didn't work. Ret pal 70 lvl, lumberjacks consistently missed every hit they did, and couldn't shatter Viscidus.
