What a horrendous example, perhaps the best, of Blizzard's fetish with RNG.

It's RNG to have the right NPC.
It's RNG that the NPC has the right quest.
It's RNG that the award from the Greater Bounty is a shoulder token.
And it's flippin' RNG that the token turns into the right item!
