This item, and several others are part of a Legendary Quest Chain, currently
the quest chain ends in receiving a epic ring. The quest chain is currently as
follows:

ccurently on beta this drop for every one in the group i just looted it on my 96 hunter if its indeed for the healing legendery ring this will be fixed

Just killed Yanlu and even looted the boss, got ilvl 615 shoulders from it but didn't get the core despite having the quest. Either this item isn't a guarenteed drop or I just got duped out of an add-filled forest run....

This item only drops on heroic Dungeons, not the normal 5 Mans

bugged: loot item off boss, boss no longer had it, chat window said i received it... but i do not... have to do it again
