does the helm, belt, and shoulders drop in normal and heroic? also do you need to have tier two war mill before you can start farming or can you just get those randomly off mobs reguardless of what tier your war mill is

You know... The model of this helm reminds me of the GI Joe Renegades incarnation of Destro.

Regardless, it is definitely a good moggable helm to have for a warrior and a deathknight. The item being BoA makes it all the better, too bad it requires Lv90 for mogging, would be neat for the leveling heirlooms.
