I got one of these as an Alliance Pally. Not really sure how or why, but it was mailed to me as something found in the twisting ether. Quest item, so has no sell price. Destroying in 3...2...1...BOOM!

These items may be sent to you in the mail if you kill a Pack Boar, but have already completed the objective for the What We Need quest. This quest is found in your garrison, and rewards 11 Gold alongside 60 Garrison Resources upon completion.

It is safe to delete these items from your inventory, even if they are sent to you by the postmaster, as they are only used for the aforementioned quest.
