Finally a way to get a Gnome-sized Water Elemental! :D

The technique drops from 翠雾舞者 on the Timeless Isle and can be looted by non-scribes.

Waited so long for this to come out, and it's a dream come through. No more annoying water elemental running in my way when I'm trying to click an NPC or when I'm trying to take a screenshot!

As of 7.0, it now reduces the Water Elemental's size by 15% instead of by 40%

Bummer. =(

This Mage glyph, was altered in Legion. This is applied directly to your spell, in your spellbook.
Removing a glyph: use Vanishing Powder on the specific spell, this will remove the effect, however, if you want the glyph again, you'll need to rebuy it.
