The robe might need an enchant, but the total damage (70) makes things dead. Add in a nice weapon, perhaps Zum'rah's Vexing Cane (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=18082), and you're good to go for a while.

if you can afford 100g put the Mystic Spellthread (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24273) on these pants - if you have an enchanter honored with Scryers frind - and you-ll end up with:

49 spell damge (and healing)
15 stamina
12 intelect

This is the best legs for 30-39 bracket frost mages, as there is no +frost damage on <random enchant> cloth leggings. Fire mages might want to look at Regal Leggins of Fiery Wrath instead.
