Welcome to the PvP Talent Overview, which provides comprehensive information on all new talents available through the new War Mode PvP system introduced in Battle for Azeroth. In this guide, we'll list PvP Talents for all classes, explain how to enable PvP talents, and how they are different from Honor Talents.
What are PvP Talents?
PvP talents are very similar to Legion Honor talents, just with a different interface. You have four talents to pick, one being your PvP Trinket, a choice between

Legion Honor talents
.
The major differences from Legion are:
These talents are active in all Outdoor content
They are accessed from the main Talent tab instead of a separate Honor Talent Tab.
You do not need to grind out Prestige in order to unlock PvP talents.
Instead of choosing between three Honor Talents per row, ending up with six total out of eighteen options, you instead choose one trinket-themed talent and then three out of a bucket of 10-12 talents unique to your class or spec.
As you level up in Battle for Azeroth, you can unlock more PvP talent slots - at levels 20, 40, 70, and 110.

How do I Enable PvP Talents?
You can only disable or enable PvP Talents in Stormwind for the Alliance or Orgimmar for the Horde. To select your PvP Talents, open up your Talent Panel, hit the carrot at the top right for "PvP Talents," and select the talents you prefer.

Changed PvP Talents
Several Honor Talents were removed from the PvP System going into Battle for Azeroth, and a few were added.

Hardiness
: While above 80% health, you take 20% less damage.
REMOVED
Reinforced Armor
: Health increased by 10%.
REMOVED
Sparring
: Physical melee attacks have a 20% chance to be blunted, dealing 50% reduced damage.
REMOVED
Relentless Assault
: Being attacked increases your damage by 3%. Lasts for 5 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
REMOVED
Softened Blows
: Any non-periodic attack that deals damage less than 10% of your maximum health is reduced by 20%.

Train of Thought
: Damage increased by 15%. Being attacked will cancel this effect for 8 sec.

Mind Quickness
: Increases haste by 6%.

Initiation
: Critical strike chance of your damaging abilities and attacks increased by 30% on targets at or above 80% health.
Blood changes:

Sacrifices 15% of your total health to increase the damage done by your Heart Strike by 60% for 12 sec.
Cooldown changed from 1.5 sec to none

Your melee attacks refresh the duration of Intimidated.

Frost changes:

Deals up to 3% of the target's total health in Frost damage and reduces their movement speed by 70% for 4 sec.
Chill Streak bounces up to 9 times between closest targets.

Tundra Stalker:
Damage of your Frost Strike is increased by 15% on snared targets, and critical strike chance increased by 50% on rooted targets.
Unholy changes:

: Enemies healed while afflicted by your Festering Wounds have a chance to take (100%16.38% of Attack power) Shadow damage.

A vicious strike that deals 100%(16.4424% of Attack power) Plague damage, and converts 1 Festering Wound into a Necrotic Wound, absorbing the next (900225 / 100 * Attack power) healing received by the target.

When your Virulent Plague is dispelled or ends its duration, a Slime spawns dealing (1000%) Plague damage and slowing all enemies within 8 yards by 50% for 3 sec. The Slime lasts for 8 sec. Virulent Plague now erupts for 400% of normal eruption damage when dispelled or it expires. Targets struck by this eruption have their movement speed reduced by 50% for 6 sec.

: Ghouls summoned by Army of the Dead leap together to form a single ghoulish monstrosity. Reduces the cooldown of Army of the Dead by 4 min.
General changes:

Places a dark ward on an enemy player that persists for 12 sec, triggering when the enemy next spends mana on a spell, and allowing the Death Knight to unleash an exact duplicate of that spell.Against nonplayers, only absorbs some harmful spells.

All enemies within 10 yards slowly decay, losing up to 3% of their max health every 2 sec. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts for 6 sec.

Awaken the Demon Within
: If you reach 50% health, you automatically gain Metamorphosis for 6 sec. This effect has a 1 min cooldown. In addition, the duration of Metamorphosis will be refreshed up to a maximum of 6 sec while at or below 20% health.

You keep a watchful eye over the enemy. Whenever they cast a harmful spell, they suffer up to 6%5% of their health in Shadow damage and refresh the duration of Eye of Leotheras. Lasts 6 sec.

Unending Hatred
: Anytime you're victim to a magical effect, you gain 10 Fury.

You enter Metamorphosis, moving at 200% increased speed for 85 sec, knocking down all enemies in your path and dealing (10.3194% of Attack power) Physical damage. During Demonic Trample you are unaffected by snares but cannot cast spells or use your normal attacks.

Intimidates the target, increasing their damage taken by 5%3% for 6 sec. Each unique player that attacks the target increases the damage taken by an additional 5%3%, stacking up to 5 times.
Your melee attacks refresh the duration of Intimidated.

Increases your Fury generation by 20%10% and attack speed by 15%10% when there are no allies within 15 yards.

: Infernal Strike's impact radius is increased by 100%, and all enemies struck have their movement speed reduced by 50% for 5 sec.

Imprison's PvP duration is increased by 12 sec, and targets become immune to damage and healing while imprisoned. Cooldown increased to 4560 sec.

DispelsRemoves all harmful magical effects from yourself and all nearby allies within 10 yards, and sends them back to their original caster if possible.

Maximum health while in Bear Form increased by 15% and damage while in Bear Form increased by 30%.
You also learn: Enraged Maul. Maul the target for 500%(22.542% of Attack power) Physical damage.

: You deal (600% 27.0504% of Attack power) Physical damage and incapacitate the target for 5 sec.

: For every enemy you have Rip active on, your damage and movement speed is increased by 4% 3%. Stacks to 3 times.

Increases the damage done by your Swipe and Thrash by 25%.

The duration of all stun effects are reduced by 25%.

Your Healing TouchRegrowth automatically applies one of your missing healing over time spells to the target. If all of them are present, Healing TouchRegrowth critically heals.

When your pet is farther than 25 yards away from you, it gains up to 50% additional movement speed and 25% damage reduction. Effect increased when your pet is farther away from you.

: A short-range shot that deals (35% 25% of Spell power + 4.4616% of Attack power)% weapon damage, removes all harmful damage over time effects, and incapacitates the target for 4 sec. Any damage caused will remove the effect. Turns off your attack when used.

Take a sniper's stance, firing a well-aimed shot dealing 700%(111.54% of Attack power) Physical damage.
Increases the range of all shots by 40% for 15 sec.

Enemies who stand in your Tar Trap for 3 sec have their gear coated with tar, slowing melee attack speed by 50%80% for 5 sec.

Critical melee strikes against you grant 30% dodge for 4 sec.

: Hurls a fire trap to the target location that explodes when an enemy approaches, causing (350% 57.33% of Attack power) Fire damage and knocking all enemies away. Trap will exist for 1 min.

Protects a friendly target from critical strikes, making attacks against that target unable to be critical strikes, but 20% of all damage taken by that target is also taken by the pet. Lasts 12 sec.

Clearcasting can now stack 2 additional times, and increases the damage of Arcane Missiles by 5% per stack. Clearcasting no longer reduces the mana cost of Arcane Explosion.

Increases your damage by 15% on enemies afflicited by your Slow spell or any movement slow effect.the range of Slow by 15 yards, and affects up to 2 additional nearby targets.

Your next Keg Smash deals 50%15% additional damage, and stuns all targets it hits for 3 sec.

Guard the 4 closest allies within 15 yards for 15 sec, allowing you to Stagger 20% of damage they take.

The cooldown of Zen Meditation is reduced by 50%75%. While Zen Meditation is active, all harmful spells cast against your allies within 40 yards are redirected to you. Zen Meditation is no longer cancelled when being struck by a melee attack.
热酿
Purifying Brew deals 50%30% of your purified staggered damage to all enemies within 10 yards.

Soothing Mist is now an active spell, and no longer is automatically applied through casting Effuse, Enveloping Mist or Vivify. In BFA,

: Coalesces a Healing Sphere out of the mists at the target location after 1.5 sec. If allies walk through it, they consume the sphere, healing themselves for (400% 100% of Spell power) and dispelled of all harmful periodic magic effects. Maximum of 3 Healing Spheres can be active by the Monk at any given time.
Increases your Physical damage by 50%35%, you remove and become immune to all stun snare and root effects and you heal up to 3 nearest allies for 175%200% of all damage done. Lasts 15 sec.

Fortune Turned:
Your Effuse applies Fortune Turned to the target, increasing the healing received by your next Effuse by 50% for 6 sec. Stacks up to 2 times.

Flying Serpent Kick forms a path of wind in its wake, causing all allies who stand in it to have 30% increased movement speed and to be immune to movement slowing effects.Increases the cooldown of Flying Serpent Kick by 10 sec.

Zen Moment:
Reduces all damage taken by 20% and increases incoming healing by 20% for 10 sec. Each attack that triggers Combo Strikes reduces this effect by 5%.

: Whenever you cast Judgment upon an enemy, a nearby ally within 40 yards is healed for (250% 62.5% of Spell power).

: Increases the damage done by your Shield of the Righteous by 30%, but reduces armor granted by 30%. 10%

: Consume 50 stacks of Reckoning to hurl a magical hammer that strikes an enemy for (700%175% of Spell power) Holy damage.
秩序之源
Judgment now applies Lawbringer to initial targets hit for 45 sec. Casting Judgment causes all enemies with your Lawbringer effect to suffer up to 5% of their totalmaximum health in Holy damage.
炽天使祝福
When you or nearby allies within 40 yards drop below 40% health, your next Flash of Light cast within 5 sec is instant with 50% increased healing. This effect cannot occur more than once every 15 sec.
Holy changes:

: Whenever you or allies within 20 yards are healed from any source, they are cleansed of all1 Disease and Poison effects.

is now a level 90 Holy Paladin talent. It heals 3 targets up from 2, but is on a 2 minute cooldown.
General:

: Allies are healed for (400% 100% of Spell power) when you cast a Blessing spell on them, and healed again for (400% 100% of Spell power) when the blessing ends.
No longer Holy.
Discipline Changes:
: Heals nearby targets within 20 yards for (300% 75% of Spell power), and applies Atonement to yourself. Deals (shadow% * $BC1) Shadow damage to yourself for each Atonement you have active, and increases their duration by 5 sec.
真言术:韧
has been reworked into a Priest baseline ability. However it increases health by 10%, down from 20%, and benefits the entire raid.

: Your Power Word: Shield instantly heals targets for (350% 87.5% of Spell power) and reduces all Physical damage taken by 20% while the shield persists.
Also accounts for the Luminous Barrier talent.

: Prayer of Mending is now instant cast, and its jump range is increased by 20 10 yards.

Mind Blast and Void Bolt now deal 30% of theirnow deals 20% of its damage to all targets afflicted by your Shadow Word: PainVampiric Touch within 40 yards.

Your successful Dispel Magic, Mass Dispel, Leap of Faith, and Power Word: Shield casts generate 6 Insanity.
Having Vampiric Touch on 2 or more targets grants you 4 Insanity every 25 sec.

REMOVED Spiritual Cleansing: Purify no longer has a cooldown, and costs 50% less mana, but only dispels 1 Magic and Disease effect.
Assassination changes:

: Your Envenom applies Creeping Venom, dealing 12.5% 4.2% of Attack power) * 12 of Attack power) * 12] Nature damage over 64 sec. Creeping Venom's duration is refreshed when the target moves.

: Deadly Poison will also infect the target with Mind-numbing Poison. Casting spells while under the effects of Mind-numbing Poison will cause you to take (40% 6.552% of Attack power) Nature damage.

Stabs the target with your off-hand weapon, causing (100% of weapon damage8.2212% of Attack power) Nature damage, and applies a deadly neurotoxin for 10 sec. The neurotoxin causes any ability used to incur a 3 sec cooldown.
神经冲击
: Casting Envenom with at least 5 combo points on a target afflicted by your Garrote, Rupture, and lethal poison deals (200% 32.76% of Attack power) Nature damage, and reduces their movement speed by 90% for 2 sec.
致命阴谋
Deadly Poison also causes Wound Poison's reduced healing received effect.applies Minor Wound Poison to the target for 8 sec, reducing healing received by 15%.

: Fan of Knives' radius is increased by 150%50% and deals 50% more damage when it strikes 3 or more targets.
Outlaw changes:

When enemiesenemy players within 40 yards of you are Stunned, Silenced or Polymorphed you gain 3 sec of Adrenaline Rush.

Steals and equips the target's armor. Reduces their damage dealt by 10%, and maximum health by 20%up to 15%, and increases yours by the same amount. Lasts 10 sec.

Thieves' Gambit
: Your Tricks of the Trade allows your friendly target within 20 yards to also gain your next Cloak of Shadows, Crimson Vial, Evasion, or Vanish with reduced benefits.

Unfair Advantage
: Ability critical strikes on targets with a lower health percentage than you increases your critical strike damage by 20% for 3 sec.

The cooldown of your Vanish spell is reduced by 45 sec, Your damage is increased by 10%, but your maximum health is reduced by 15%.

Deals 500%(41.106% of Attack power) Physical damage, and reduces the target's movement speed by 70% for 4 sec.

天降杀机
is now a PvP talent instead of a level 100 talent. It is on a 30 sec cooldown, up from 20, and your special move deals 15% increased damage, down from 50%.
Enhancement Changes:

: When you use Stormstrike, you conjure bolts of lightning to up to two furthest enemies within 40 yards dealing (200% 50% of Spell power) Nature damage.

Leader of the Clan:
When you use Stormstrike, you enchant up to 3 allies or yourself within 10 yards with Stormlash.
REMOVED
Windfury Totem:
Summons a Windfury Totem with 5 health at the target destination for 1 min. If the totem is destroyed, Windfury Totem incurs a 30 sec cooldown. Windfury Totem enchants all allies' weapons within 10 yards with wind causing attacks to have a 40% chance to generate an additional 3 extra attacks, dealing 100% Physical damage.
Elemental Changes:
大地之怒
Casting a 100 Maelstrom Earth ShockEarth Shock when you have at least 100 Maelstrom will stun the target for 2 sec.
REMOVED
Fire and Ice:
Flame Shock and Frost Shock no longer consume additional Maelstrom. Increases the duration of Flame Shock and Frost Shock by 100%, and the damage of Frost Shock by 100%.
Restoration Changes:
大地之盾
is now a Talent in Battle for Azeroth. It is available to all specializations, unlike the Legion Honor Talent which was just available to Restoration.
平静之水
: After being interrupted while casting a spell, the duration of silence and interrupt effects is reduced by 70% for 20 sec. Interrupts reduce the duration of the next successful silence or interrupt cast upon you within 10 sec by 50%.
通电
: When you successfully Purge a beneficial effect, the enemy suffers (540%60% of Spell power) Nature damage over 3 sec.
水之涟漪
: Riptide has 1 additional charge. Riptide Heals for (270% 67.5% of Spell power) when the spell ends its duration, is refreshed on the target, or is dispelled.
Affliction changes:

Nightfall
: Corruption damage has a chance to reduce the cast time of your next Seed of Corruption by 100%.

Each time your Drain SoulLife deals damage, it increases the duration of your Unstable Affliction, Corruption and Agony on the target by 1 sec.
Consumes all of your damage over time effects on the 5 nearest enemies within 40 yards, dealing up to 10% of their totalmaximum health in Shadow damage.
For each enemy hit by Soulshatter, you gain 1 Soul Shard and 10% Haste for 8 sec.

This looks really cool! As a blood dk in legion I feel completely over powered with over 10 million health it will be really interesting to leave this war mode on and witness a whole new fear to make the game more enjoyable
