Feral Druid Stats

Critical Strike: Critical Strike's value on single-target is partially based on Combo Point generation from 撕碎. It loses value at a fairly low amount, but will typically still be the second best stat.

Haste: Increases the tick rate of your Bleeds and increases the rate at which you generate Energy.

Mastery: Increases the damage of all Finishers and Bleeds.

Versatility: Increases damage and healing, and reduces all damage taken.

Both Noxxic and Icy Veins say stat priority for Feral is "Crit > Mastery > Versatility > Haste > Agility." Not sure what to think.

Of course agility is number 1, but when crafting items, that's a non issue entirely. I get really annoyed when people say "Agility always" Great, show me the missive that gives me agility and lets do this. Its such a "Goes without saying" saying that its irksome.

Only enchants and item level can increase any agility, but when missives are involved or crafting an item, or deciding loot, agility is always there and unchangeable. What you need to look at for the kitty is what you need more of. Icy veins says that critical strike is #1, but you need to not heavily go in only one of them. you need them all, with versatility being the least helpful. Playing around in torghast can really help you see what the stats do at high levels. I'd personally say crit > (haste = mastery) haste and mastery being balanced together. If you are here on this page though, Hopefully it helps you find a starting place, you'll find that everyone's style of play will be different and prefer different things.

My #1 Rule, that i wish more people would adopt, is this:

Play the way that feels the most comfortable and fun for you. Knowing your character is a higher dps boost, and utility in any activity than having a few extra points of mastery to get 5 more dps out of it.

If crit is the top secondary stat for feral druid, why does all the armor I'm receiving for quests have little to no crit?

Stats should be Crit>Mastery>Haste=>Vers this is ideal for 10.0.5 changes
if you want to parse high at the moment though until then stat prio is Mastery>=Crit>haste>=Vers
Im not explaining why, just look at how mastery heavy the top ferals.

Another usless feral author, dont even get me started on the Talent trees

I have a major issue with the stat prio. you can look up and verify but the ferals doing 100k single target do not stack haste. in fact most i have seen sit at around 4900 crit, 5k+ for mastery and 2500 haste. a ferocious bite with said sats and buffs is about 170k per cast. if you listen to this guide your ferocious bites will be doing about 95- 110k per bite. but when you look into it that is about a 20 k different in dps on one ability. mastery also buffs all bleeds. please do take the time to look at the logs before putting out a guide with the wrong information.
