Blizzard has changed Noblegarden into a real Seasonal Event by adding eight normal achievements (Sunday's Finest and Dressed for the Occasion were already there.) And "Noble Gardener" a meta achievement that gives the title reward "<name> the Noble" and was also added onto "What a Long Strange Trip It's Been".

It doesn't look like there's much of a level requirement for this. Obviously it'll help to be a high level for the hostile areas, and to get to Dalaran to bunnify the opposite faction, but if all the items are from eggs and the quests don't have minimum levels then you'll be able to get this with nothing but a little help from a guildmate.

DrChristmas is wrong: you do not have to buy the items with chocolates, but may find them inside eggs (of course, everything depends on the RNG God). This means that, if you are rather lucky, you will only need 100 chocolate eggs for the achievement requiring you to eat them.

On the other hand, if you wish to buy every item from the vendor, you will need 380 eggs. Happy farming!

It seems that this meta-achievement, unlike most others, doesn't have a level requirement in any of criteria.
Makes me wonder if it'll be possible for a lvl 1 to complete it.
Would be fun seeing some naked 'Packmule the Noble' in Org/IF.

Here's a great tip to make your collection experience as smooth as possible;

Do not spend your Noblegarden Chocolate until you have collected enough to buy/eat all of your achievements. Since there is a random chance that every Brightly Colored Egg will drop any of the items you need for the meta (minus the additional egg for the Noble Garden portion), you will run the risk of doubling up on items if you purchase anything while still hunting chocolates.

What I did was start with the base number of chocolates needing collected (354 for just the meta (assuming you pick up the Brightly Colored Egg you dropped in either Stormwind or Silvermoon)), and then subtracted the amount of chocolates needed whenever I found an item.

I.E. if a Spring Flowers drops for me, I now only need 304 chocolates instead of 354.

In the end it took me approx 220 eggs in 3 hours to get all the items for the meta (damn Spring Rabbit's Foot never dropped!), so be patient, and have fun!

My guide to Noble Gardener efficiency:

Before making any purchases from Noblegarden Vendors, collect 355 Noblegarden Chocolates.

Find Brightly Colored Eggs to get this chocolate. Each egg contains either one chocolate or a random item. For each of the below items you find in an egg, deduct the following number from your goal of 355 chocolates (don't deduct for an item more than once):

Spring Rabbit's Foot: 100
Spring Flowers: 50
Spring Robes: 50
Black Tuxedo Pants: 25
White Tuxedo Shirt: 25

Once you've reached your goal of 355 (less if you're lucky) Noblegarden Chocolates, use the vendors to buy the items you're missing from the list. You'll have 105 chocolates left over. Spend 5 to buy a Noblegarden Egg. Eat the other 100 for the Chocoholic achievement. Now you'll have all the items you need to get the rest of the achievements in the meta.

Optional: Add a multiple of 10 Chocolates to your goal to buy Blossoming Branch to help your friends have an easier time earning the Hard Boiled achievement.

For Horde on eggs:
Tried finding eggs in all four horde towns and it seems that Falconwing Square is best for people who have trouble finding eggs if they're too well hidden but have fast reactions once they've spotted one. The area is quite small and most of the eggs, with the exception of some under the chairs around the fountain, are out in the open.

Bloodhoof on the other hand is best for those who have a keener eye but keep missing the eggs because someone with 1ms rushed to it before they could. The eggs there are better hidden, mostly under planks around buildings or behind trees, although not incredibly tough to find and there's usually less people looking as well.

Razor Hill has too many people, most likely because it's the closest to Orgrimmar.

Brill is good for those who are very lucky. Most of the eggs are behind the many buildings in the town, and the usual scenario is that a person runs around the corner to see that someone else has already looted the egg a second before.

Just dont spend any chocolates until you're at about 150. I had all the stuff I could find out of eggs by about 80.

When you get the Spring Flowers, start on that achievement right away, as the item has a 5min CD, and the blossoming brach does not count towards it.

For desert rose, just plant a flower as soon as you land from the FP, you dont need to be anywhere specials.

Just finished the meta 2 hours and 24 mins after it started on my server.

Equip your egg basket, make this macro, and spam it as you go around looking for eggs. It will keep your speed buff up as much as possible, while keeping your bags clear by opening any eggs in your inventory, and showing how many chocolates you have in your bags. Definitely helped me out a lot.

I found this event to be very bland and it left a terrible feeling after. This is purely based on what time you play. You need atleast 100 to get the pet, and another like 200 for the rest, so unless you have good RNG, if you play primetime...GL getting this

Woo! I managed to finish this acheivement in around 11 hours of time on and off the computer.
I needed over 200 chocolates, actually around 265 or so.
100 for Chocoholic
5 for egg for Silvermoon
100 for rabbit (I never got it out of the eggs)
50 for Spring Robe
10 for easter basket (helps when getting from egg location to egg location)
One more thing, though. I managed to get 3 dresses, 3 pairs of pants, 1 Spring Robe, several Blossoming Branches, a pair of bunny ears, flowers, one tux shirt, but no rabbit pet.
Seeing this took about 300 eggs, I am warning you now like the above posts: Save up all your eggs for the acheivements! Do not buy items in the middle like I did, you lose out on eggs you could've saved.

Plenty of posts already on numbers but I'd like to throw in my 2 cents on the 'economic' route -
I see the egg collecting number cut down to a number between 100-305 depending on drops
If you're after the meta there's a few time saving steps to consider:

Items you'll need:

100 choc - Eating as part of Chocoholic achievement, unavoidable
100 choc - Spring Rabbit for Spring Fling achievement
50 choc - Spring Flowers for Shake Your Bunny-Maker achievement
50 choc - Spring Robes for Desert Rose achievement
5 choc - Noblegarden Egg for Noble Garden achievement

What this means:
Step 1: Save 100 choc for eating, cross out any drops from the list above
Step 2: Start saving up for 205 more chocs (thats your max if NONE of the above drop, as they do cross them off and subtract the eggs). Once you've reached your target number of eggs, buy the leftover items and do the run around portion.

Tux/Elegant Dress for Blushing Bride isn't BoP and in the AH for around 1g, don't waste the 75 eggs and finding your own isn't part of the meta
Spring Circlet isn't part of achievement and the flowers have similar effect, add 50 choc later if you want it
Blossoming Branch is a quest reward, useful for Hard Boiled achievement
Add another 10 choc if you want a permanent Basket from quest.

I have done this on 3 diff toons as of this date and only purchased the noblegarden egg
EVERYTHING! item i needed i got from the brightly colored egg

Happy hunting.. I even did this on a low level toon level 10 used a friend and there mammoth to get to the outlying areas i could have never gotten to without the taxi

Just completed this as a Level 1 (exp turned off) without any help, other than waiting for someone to show up to trade bunny costumes with at the hot springs and having a Dalaran hearth already from taking a mage port. You can have a warlock summon you to all these locations (or probably get by using summoning stones), but I liked the challenge of going at it solo and not making people drag my bank alt around.

If you don't mind some ghost running, this is actually a pretty easy achievement. Ghosts run at +50% speed, so if you're comfortable riding a non-epic ground mount this isn't much different (plus no mobs to bother you).

None of the Noble Garden gear has durability, plus sub-level 10s do not incur res sickness, so you cannot break your stuff by repeatedly spirit ressing.

To get to all of the deserts for Desert Rose, punch a raptor in the nose and ghost run to a spirit healer in that area. Do not spirit res until you /camp and relog or else you will be ported to the original graveyard you were sent to. Same thing to get to the hot springs, though you may have to corpse jump 2 or 3 times to get to a safe spot.

If you can do that, the rest is pretty much just as easy if you were 80.

One of the only meta achievements that doesn't have a level requirement, like some needing you to enter a lv80 heroic to do it. This one though, at whatever level, does have some things to be aware of

1 - you will need to be able to make your way to badlands, silithus, tanaris, thousend needles and desolace, so for a very low level running to these zones and dying a lot.

2 - Your need access to dalaran to give female characters on the opposing side bunny ears

3 - Your also have to make it to ungoro, and since your probably be dying a lot at lower levels, make sure you have a friend who can turn you into a rabbit

Other then these 3 being tricky for lower levels, the rest is very simple.

The least chocolate consuming way to do this achievement:
- Collect 10 eggs for the quest.
- Then collect 100 eggs for the Chocoholic achievement. By the time you do that you should probably get most of the items needed for other achievements.
- The most unlucky person will still need 205 more eggs. (100 for the rabbit, 50 for flowers and the robe, and 5 for the egg). If you already got some of these items, you need to collect less eggs (obviously). Also, if you haven't gotten them from eggs, it's better to buy tuxedo shirt and pants at the auction house, or borrow them from a friend, because they're not soulbound, and sell for relatively low prices during the Noblegarden event.

I completed all of the Noble title acheivments today as my lvl 4 hunter, with the help of a buddy an his mechano-hog. It took bout an hour or so to get all of the Desert Rose. Went pretty smooth.

Managed to do all of this in about 6 hours. If you are horde than Falconwing seems to spawn eggs fastest. I got lucky and managed to get the Tux set and the Dress. Also all of the items you need I got from eggs. In the end i only needed 105 chocolates. 100 to eat and 5 for the egg to hide in Silvermoon! :D

Easy meta. I collected as many eggs as possible to knock out the Chocoholic achievement and then another 100 to buy the pet. During this time I actually received every item from the eggs due to fortunate RNG. The only thing I ever bought was the Egg to hide in Stormwind.

Not sure if it's a general interest of most players, but yesterday I completed this achievement on my level 1 bank alt. In other words, level one with a title! It took about 3-4 hours of collecting eggs, then getting a friend with a rocket mount to fly me around awhile.

Most of the items required for the 复活节的贵族 achievement can be obtained as a rare drop in 鲜艳的彩蛋, or can be purchased for 复活节巧克力 which are found inside the 鲜艳的彩蛋s.

The 鲜艳的彩蛋s are found spawning on the ground in the starter cities (Brill, Razor Hill, Blodhoof Village, and Falconwing Square for Horde, or Goldshire, Kharanos, Dolanaar, and Azure Watch for Alliance), with a lead-in 'breadcrumb' quest 春季收集者 (Horde) or 春季收藏者 (Alliance) from any of the main cities. Less populated towns may be preferable for farming 鲜艳的彩蛋 to cut down on competition.

While the 复活节巧克力 stack up to 250, the 鲜艳的彩蛋 do not stack at all. Collectors may wish to make a '/use Brightly Colored Egg' macro to keep opening their eggs to avoid running out of bag space.

I would suggest gathering all the eggs first and then seeing which items you need to buy to complete the achievements. The reason is that - like others have mentioned - theres a chance to drop some of the items from the eggs themselves.

In addition, doing the chocoholic achievement first would be optimal since then you would have to open more eggs for the rest and maybe you can drop even more of the items needed.

In general this is an achievement that you can easily finish in one-two days so theres no real need to rush it.

Quick comments from 2021;

You can buy the pet from the auctionhouse and save 100 eggs
The flowers for Shake your Bunny-Maker are a weapon so it might appear elsewhere in your inventory if you use an addon
Don't stress about finding your bunny friends, just rotate through the different early-level zones
Chocoholic will say 25 then jump to 100

Where to farm? That is the question! Zones are mostly empty on the (Wrath) Classic servers and quite busy at Razor Hill and Goldshire on Retail. Each zone has its advantages and disadvantages for egg farming:

Horde:

Brill: Retail: Great variety of locations, most easy to find. A great place to farm. Wrath: Compact but the shrubbery is very heavily textured, making the eggs rather difficult to see as almost all the eggs are concealed in the bushes.
Razor Hill: Eggs are easy to see but you have a lot of running to do.
Bloodhoof Village: Some very devious / clever hiding of the eggs and a huge area to run around.
Falconwing Square: Compact and although attempts were made to hide the eggs, pnce you get a roll on you will zip through easily. Best for Horde!

Alliance:

Goldshire: Retail: Everyone comes here so respawns happen fast! No optimal route though. Classic: Eggs seem few and far between here.
Kharanos: Easy to see the eggs and your route will be a simple oval. A great location for Alliance, especially Classic!
Dolanaar: Eggs are mostly hidden in dense shrubs and there is a huge running area. Avoid!
Azure Watch: Compact, eggs are well hidden and there is no real optimal route.

Ideally you want a few other players with you as the respawns will come thick and fast and this situation is where Falconwing Square really shines. To see accurate maps (there aren't any here on Wowhead and indeed it is just not possible due to the imprecision of coordinates) I strongly suggest this AddOn by yours truly. It has almost every spawn point in every Classic and Retail zone too! Alliance? Toss-up between Goldshire and Kharanos with Goldshire shading it as its more social/fun.

(Please don't be nasty and downvote me. I am merely being helpful and the AddOn, like all my event and farming AddOns, is truly helpful too!)
