Shatter Resistant is very easy to do accidentally, even with a weak DPS group. When we did this achievement we actually had two tanks in the group, since we had no other level 80 players in the guild at the time, and both of us are too stingy to respec for just one instance.

All you have to do is not kill any adds. You can either do this by nuking hard, or by getting your tank to kite them with the boss around the circle. The adds move very slowly and will not be able to catch up with the tank, therefore not causing you any hassle at all. Make sure your ranged dps and your healer keep LOS though.

Today we did this accidentally! We were going to four man it because we had a dps afk at the entrance to the instance. Whenever a golem would spawn it ran all the way to the afk player and thus we didn't have to deal with the golems at all!

You can just kill the boss instantly to get this achievement
