According to Tigole, the title for being realm first to accomplish this achievement is being removed.

Lastly, we've removed the title associated with Realm First to accomplish the Northrend Vanguard achievement.

just goes to show the only one who has a shot at that achievement would be someone with no life at all.and way to much time on there hands
