This is awarded after buying the 赤红浪骁 from 穆勒尔. You get the achievement the instant you buy the mount, not when you learn it.

The 赤红浪骁 is a very rare item that can show up in 穆勒尔’s inventory, which you can only see if you’re wearing the 艾萨亚雷风暴涌流者斗篷.

I got my 赤红浪骁 today. I'd already bought a secret item from 穆勒尔, so my main couldn't see the 赤红浪骁, when I got into a group, where it was available. I switched to an alt, bought the mount and got the achievement. Went back to my main, only to discover, that it doesn't count across the account. I wasn't sure, if it would, but decided to try.

So for anyone, who's just getting this for the meta, be aware, that it will only count towards it on the character, that buys the mount.

I'll be keeping my eyes on group finder from now on, before I buy any secret items from 穆勒尔. Hope this helps anyone else, who might be wondering :)

Mrrl is always the final NPC for the item trades, for he sells the items requiring the final portions of the puzzle. Mrrl sells 2 items everyday. One that is visible for everyone, and another only visible for those with an 艾萨亚雷风暴涌流者斗篷.

Talk with 工匠伊塔努 (Alliance) or 发现者帕尔塔 (Horde) to buy 底栖披风 per 5x 棱彩法力珍珠.
Drop 艾萨亚雷风暴涌流者斗篷 opening 底栖披风. Got it on my 2th try.

Alliance npc location: /way 37,8, 55,6 Artisan Itanu
Horde npc location: /way 49.16, 62.14 Finder Palta

This event comprises of finding and freeing Murloco from the hold of the Naga. Murloco has a cavern he calls home, Murloco's Hideway, located at 46.5 32.7 in Nazjatar.

However, sometimes an event can be found within this cave, where Murloco is caged by two Naga. Killing the Naga starts a small event, where more Naga waves will invade the cavern, and you will need to fend them off while keeping Murloco safe. If successful, Murloco will become a vendor for 5 minutes, selling both the 饥饿传令官的触须塔可饼 for 666g as well as a limited offer on 莫洛戈的“鱼肉”塔可饼.

5. Check all days if 穆勒尔 sell 赤红浪骁 (only spawns for 2-4 days in a month). Buying Crimson Tidestallion with WeakAuras: https://youtu.be/pCY40uCNMns

You will need to perform the following steps for this WeakAura to function:

Talk to each Murloc once so the WeakAura can scan what items they have in store.
Once all Murlocs have been talked to, the aura will display what items to purchase from each Murloc.
Simply talk to each Murloc following the aura's instructions, as it will automatically purchase everything required for the items of the day.

Just be careful to disable the WeakAura or unequip your 艾萨亚雷风暴涌流者斗篷 before talking to Mrrl if you're saving the 饥饿传令官的触须塔可饼 for a specific item, as it will purchase all items from him automatically!(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Uchur##DELIM##

Making this achievement part of the meta is a bit ridiculous tbh.

This achievement is not account wide. It is character specific. Don't do what I did and earn it on an character that's not actively working on all the Nazjatar achievements.

I was on a Mage at the time I was informed the mount was up for purchase. I completed it. On a Demon Hunter, where most of my progress is, the achievement shows completed because one character has done it. However, the criteria is not fulfilled (green text/check-mark) on the Demon Hunter. I must wait however long it takes to be able to purchase this mount again.

I got this on a character before realizing I had to redo it on the character I was getting the achieve 海底篡位者. I thought all these zone wide achieves were shared now so really didn't know I had to do ALL of that achieve on one toon.

I guess Blizz is more interested in making their players grind (saving them money) rather than basic common sense or game play.

I waited 15 minutes before I gave up, because nothing was there, and came back to this page on WoWHead about Murloco. I read probably the most useful tip anyone could give about how to get the Taco, Taco, Taco. I got it in under 2 minutes without waiting.Here's how....

Step 1: Check Murloco's Hideaway entrance is located at 46.3, 32.6. See if he has spawned in your realm. No? That sucks.

Step 2: Stay at Murloco's Hideaway entrance that is located at 46.3, 32.6. MAKE SURE YOUR Azsh'ari Stormsurger Cape is equipped at all times! I cannot stress this enough. No cloak? You won't get the taco!

Step 3: Click "i" to bring up your "Raids & Dungeon's Menu". Go to "Premade Groups". Go to "Questing" or "Custom" it does not matter.

Step 4: Find a group in specifically in Nazjatar. And Nazjatar ONLY!

Step 5: You will zone out of your server that doesn't have Murloco available and go into someone else's (the person that invited you to the premade group). If the Murloco event is available on that server then you'll see two naga holding Murloco hostage for his Taco!

Step 6: Kill the naga, and the naga after them, and then the final boss. Murloco is freed and you'll be able to buy the Taco from him. Make sure your damn cloak is equipped! Or else... NO TACO FOR YOU!

Step 5.5: If by chance you go to someone else's server by getting an invite to a group event in Nazjatar and the Murloco event ISNT there. Don't worry. Just leave the group. Find another. Rinse and repeat.

This worked for me the first group I joined. I wasn't expecting it to work. But, literally I joined, was outside Murloco's Hideaway entrance located at 46.3, 32.6. And I saw the two naga.

Downside to all of this...yah I got the Taco...now I gotta wait for Mrrl to sell the actual mount. The thing's he sells varies day to day, or week by week. I don't recall.

Hope this helps! Don't sell the taco. Don't eat the taco! Save the taco. Taco good. Lol

All up it cost me 1796 Gold and i had nothing of these to begin with (and 40 prismatic mana pearls, which i had 200 odd of to begin with) And took like 10/15min of running around.
-Equip yourself the 艾萨亚雷风暴涌流者斗篷
-If you don't have this, it is gotten from 底栖披风 available from either the Alliance or Horde base, (which costs 5 prismatic mana pearls, took me 8 buys to get the right cloak, but be aware, RNG is involved)
-Once equipped go see 穆勒尔 (Alliance: 39.1,54.3 Next to the Bounty Board near the big shark in the middle of the camp) to see that the Crimson Tidestallion is available for you to buy (other comments are saying its a maybe each day).
-If its there you will need to then go see (in the camp):
1 - 胡勒格勒 (38.6, 54.5, Basically directly underneath the shark in the middle of camp) Buy up (128) x 甜美的海菜. (1g each)
2 - Step back a few paces and wait for 穆勒格勒勒 (38.5, 54.6, Who is constantly running around the Shark) Buy (714) x 粘滑的纳迦眼球 (200 max stack, so 200,200,200,114. 1g each)
3 - Fly over to 弗勒格勒 (40.0,53.4, near the portal to Boralus) Buy (288) x 未鉴定的物质 (200 max stack, so 200,88. 1 g each)
4 - Also at 弗勒格勒 (40.0,53.4, near the portal to Boralus) Buy (32) x 非常普通的黄油 (consumes sweet sea veg)
5 - Fly over to 格姆勒格 (37.5, 53.5, near the lamp post at north of camp) Buy (238) x 奇特的鱼人之角 (200 max stack, consumes Slimy Naga Eyeball)
6 - Fly over to 胡勒格勒 (38.6, 54,5 Underneath Shark) Buy (48) x 脏兮兮的鱼人袜子 (consumes Unidentified Mass)
7 - Also at 胡勒格勒 (38.6, 54,5 Underneath Shark) Buy (14) x 养生鱼人午餐 (consumes 70 Curious Murloc Horns)
8 - I then flew to the pool of water to the west of the camp (39.0, 58.1) and whilst swimming, clicked on the Dirty Murloc socks in my bag 48 times, to create (48) x 清洁的鱼人袜子
9 - Fly to 弗勒格勒 (40.0, 53.4 Near Boralus Portal) Buy (28) x 幽魂的食物 (consumes last of the 168 Curious Murloc Horn")
10 - Fly to 格姆勒格 (37.5, 53.5 Near Lamp post in north of camp) Buy (16) x 海巨人的脚灰 (consumes Clean Murloc Sock)
11 - Fly to 穆勒格勒勒 (38.5, 54.6 Running around the shark) Buy (16) x 一堆臭糊 (consumes Just regular butter)
12 - Also at 穆勒格勒勒 (38.5, 54.6 Running around the shark) Buy (2) x 脉动的血石 (consumes Sea Giant Food Dust and Healthy Murloc Lunch)
13- Walk over to 胡勒格勒 (38.6, 54.5 Under the Shark) Buy (4) x 邪教徒的小指环 (Consumes Smelly Pile of Gloop and Ghost Food)

Now you gotta go rescue 莫洛戈 from the cave (entrance 46.3, 32.6) this spawns a mini event where about 5 waves of Naga attack you, if you're a Dragonflight toon, you'll steamroll these guys.
Once Murloco is free buy (1) x 饥饿传令官的触须塔可饼 (666 g)

Fly back to camp and see 穆勒尔 again (39.1, 54.3 Next to the bounty board next to the shark) And buy yourself the 赤红浪骁

Bang Achievement done.

Sorry i didn't put Horde co-ords there. But the sequence should be the same.
