I completed this achievement today
I got comepletely smashed used a Perfume Bottle which i had from last year and my Bouquet of Red Roses which i also had from last year and did a /kiss to him and it worked
and yes i did regret it later

If you're looking for booze in UC, the easiest way is to mount up on your Traveler's Tundra Mammoth. The female vendor sells booze.

If you still have it from the last two years, you can also pop open your Brewfest Pony Keg to get smashed. This will also allow the people nearby to get the achievement with it.

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=35937 works for this. On use it makes you completely smashed, and then as soon as the on use wears off, you are fine. Not sure how many people kept it though...I did simply for the unique on use.

While the Lunar Festival is still going on, you can go up to the throne room in UC and buy some moonglow to get completely smashed.

this achievement is simple all u need to do is:
1. get completley smashed very easy if u got a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33927 otherwise just buy some drinks u have to get completely smashed or doesnt work

2. U neeed to get some perfume/http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21829 but not the cologne/http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21833

3. u need to get some http://www.wowhead.com/?item=22218 a handful of petals u can get these from the guards/quest awards and stuff

4. do all the above and go the guy under the steps near the UC/undercity bank its the guy that sells the c.ockroaches then /kiss him and u will have the achievement

You can purchase 5 perfume for 1 http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49927 from any of the love is in the air vendors. Get completely smashed from any alcohol, use this perfume (NOT cologne from same vendor, there are 3 of each), shower him with flowers and finally /kiss him for the achievement. Easy!

Pretty simple achievement -- I bought some in Dalaran, then , which you can buy from any of Love is in the Air vendors -- I bought it in Undercity, the vendor is located close to the Ruins of Lordaeron.

Drink a few brews, and cast the Rose Petals at him -- /kiss

Perfume from last year wont work, I had to use "Forever" Perfume / "VICTORY" Perfume / "Enchantress" Perfume. Might have something to do with me beeing Alliance last year, not Horde, and therefore not the right one for Horde, I dont know. But I had to spend some rose petals and some drinks to find out, hope you dont have to spend 10mins on this achi.

I just did this achievement,so here's what I did:

-First bought Handful of Rose Petals
-Bought some Jug of Bourbon and drunk until i got smashed
-Bought "VICTORY"Perfume and used it
-Showered Jeremiah with the Petals
-/kiss ed him(stinks...)

I find it slightly disturbing that, in order to get the Love is in the Air achievement and, thusly, the What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been achievement for the violet proto-drake, I -- a distinctly hetero orc -- have to kiss an undead %^&*roach vendor.

What's next? This is definitely a trip.

The innkeepers in UC and Brill do not have any alcoholic beverages for sale, only mana drinks and food, and if there were ever "barmaids" in those places, they appear to have been taken out. Unless there is another place besides the inn to buy booze in UC, be sure to bring some with you. Who knew UC was in a "dry county?"

Since Love in the Air coincides witht the Lunar Festival, you can buy 30 or so Moonglow from Lunar Festival Vendor. Purchase the desired perfume and Handful of Rose Petals from Lovely Merchant. Conveniently, these vendors are all clustered together in the Ruins of Lordaeron throne room just outside the elevators leading down to Undercity. Once you have all the required items, go down into Undercity to Jeremiah Payson, who is located underneath one of the sets of stairs under the central bank. Drink until you are completely smashed, spray on some perfume, use the petals on Jeremiah Payson, and then /kiss him. Voila! You have successfully completed "Flirt with Disaster."

Blizz seem to have broken this 1 has you cant buy Rose Petals or Pefum and just get an error message saying you vant buy spesified amount :(.
HAopefully they will fix this in the next patch.
Also a big thank-you to everyone who funny letters allancie to horde and visa versa they realy made

If you're doing it during the lunar festival you can use Moonglow. It took me almost 20 Moonglow, but they're cheap.

as of patch 4.0.6, 2/14/11 ~7am CST, 5 Jugs of Burbon will get you completely smashed, but there is a graphical debuff I didn't bother trying to figure out how to get away from and it's kind of annoying, so do this right before you log for the day/night/wtfever.

I just did this. I used the Handful of Rose Petals on him, /kiss 'd him, forgot I had to be drunk, got speed drunk off of the 5 Jugs of Burbon, petals still falling, /kissed him. Nothing. Then I remembered reading something on someone's post that said you needed to have perfume on. The flavor text alludes to this, but it's not actually a requirement, I don't think. Threw some more roses and /kissed him again. Still nothing. /kissed him about 4 more times and then I open the achievement tracker and look. I had credit for the kiss whilst drunken but not for the petals. So I threw some more petals and *BAM* for no real good reason got the achievement.

While I happen to be of the opinion that this will be of little use to anyone, hopefully some poor pothead, wow-playing individual will run into a similar situation and this will assist them.

Sraaz, the Pie vendor, is running around in circles in Ironforge where the flight master is. It took about 12 Kungalosh to get smashed, then put on the perfume and shower him with the rose petals (both can be obtained from Love is in the Air vendor where you get dailies) and then blow him a kiss with /kiss.

Tips to get this achievement.

1) buy all the drinks from Sylannia ( Drink Vendor ) at the Darkmoon Fair.

2) Exchange Love Token for 'Handful of Rose Petals' and any Perfume from Lovely Merchant.

3) Go to UnderCity and look for Jeremiah Payson who is the c.ockroach vendor.

4) Consume and repeat consuming all the drinks which you bought from Darkmoon Fair untill u get SMASHED.( Screen very Blur )

5) use the perfume on yourself

6) use the handful of Rose Petals on Jeremiah Payson

7) Kiss Jeremiah Payson

Achievement completed.

Alcoholic 月色酒 can be purchased for a limited time in from the lunar festival vendor in the ruins above Undercity.
Took two stacks of ten to get me drunk enough to do the achievement.

This is only viable while the lunar festival is overlapping with the valentines day event.

Take your 金·热桶的美酒 if you did the quest; it's a wonderful and free way to get smashed for this achievement!

The "/kiss" part works even if he is dead. The rose petals part will not however... some allies just raided UC... rather poorly too, but they did manage to get this guy and a couple bankers.

I didn't see anyone mention this so I thought I would share. If you have a Mammoth Tundra Mount you don't have to run all over looking for the drink. Your vendor sells an average alcoholic beverage. It takes several to get completely smashed. I am not sure how many because I was half smashed already when I tried this beverage from my mount. It took me back to completely smashed with 2 of them.

I only needed three Highland Spirits to become completely smashed, which I was able to make myself with my cooking (if you have that recipe and level cooking ;)

For anyone that may still be wondering where he is at in Undercity. He is in between two of the flights of stairs under the bank (coordinates are 67.40, 44.10 )

You have to use perfume, cologne does not work. Any of the perfumes work; it does not have to be one suited to your spec. (A warrior can use the spellcaster perfume for the achievement.) If you are doing the Crown Chemical Co. apothecaries daily in Shadowfang Keep, there's a fair chance perfumes will be in the extra loot from Hummel. It happens often enough that you may not have to buy any. Finally, for those of you who have been playing for a very long time, if you happen to have a bottle of the old perfume before the event was revamped, the ones with no stat buff, they no longer work for this achievement.

Jeremiah Payson has to be in Undercity for this achievement, meaning if you have done Siege of Lordaeron you are going to have to speak to Zidormi. Trying this with him over Orgrimmar's gates does not work.

-get a "VICTORY" Perfume from a Lovely Merchant (preferably in OG because the alcohol vendor is right next to it)
(Perfume Bottle does not work)
-exhange 2 Love Tokens for Handful of Rose Petals
-get some alcohol (I'd say ~15 Flash of Bitter Cactus Cider from The Broken Tusk inn)

Go up to Jeremiah Payson
use your Victory Perfume
drink until the yellow text says "Player looks completely smashed."
use the Handful of Rose Petals on him

In BFA, you can find Jeremaiah Payson on top of Orgrimmar gates with other forsaken refugees but it won't work. You have to go to Undercity after talking to Zidormi to take you back in time. It only works only on the Jeremaiah in Undercity.

This didn't work for my lvl 60 Hunter for some reason.
Did it in the right order, used perfume (not cologne).
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she can't really phase into the pre-BfA version since I haven't done any quests relating to the storyline on her, but who knows.

You dont really need to go back in time at Undercity to complete this archievement. Jeremiah is under an archway near the bank.
