After you pass the bridge that slows you after the third boss you enter the "bazaar" area where you'll see nearly 100 snekdudes patrolling throughout. In order to move on you need to grab two eyes, one on either side of the room, and deposit them into the skull at the far end of the room. Though this achievement reads semi-weird, you simply need to deposit both eyes into the skull within 10 seconds of the first one, and do not need to run them both from their stands to the skull within 10 seconds (which was our original understanding).
If you have an orb and are melee'd by any mob, it will drop the eye. In addition to the generic snekmob, there are special snekmobs called 'Orb Guardians'. Most of these are stealthed, but there's 1 near each eye, 1 in between each eye and the skull, and 1-3 in the middle of the room. If the orbs are picked up they will forget ALL ELSE IN THE WORLD and go straight for the person holding the orbs. If they reach the person they'll knock the orb out of their hands and then pick it up, and then slowly run back to the stand the eye came from. The only way to get them to drop the eye is to kill them. We used this to our advantage, though our strat is heavily comp dependent.
What worked for us was to pick up one eye, allow it to be grabbed by an Orb Guardian, and then had our DK grip the add as far as he could get it. We continued gripping the add (took about 3 grips) until it was right next to the skull, then had one of our druids spam Entangling Roots on it to keep it from moving (essentially keeping one eye next to the skull) and then the rest of the group went over to the other eye and slowly got it across the room with grips as well. Once both eyes were near the skull, we killed all the Orb Guardians, and then grabbed both eyes and dropped them in together. Before you deposit the first eye be sure the second one is ready, because the Org Guardians respawn, and if you throw one in and then get the other one stolen by a brand new Orb Guardian, you likely won't kill it within 10 seconds.
Would love to hear how groups with other comps managed, since we basically lucked out with a very good comp (we actually ended up using Blood DK, Veng DH, Prot Pally, Feral Druid Resto Druid).
Also when the skull opens up and you don't get the achieve, don't be immediately worried. Ours didn't pop up for a good 5-10 seconds after the door was open.

For this achievement you will want to use class utility abilities to crowd control the
宝珠卫士
while you get both eyes closer. Note that there are several
宝珠卫士
throughout the room that will attempt to steal your eye back, there is one near each eye, one in between the eyes and the skull, and a few more in the middle of the room.
Abilities such as
分筋错骨
,
冰冻陷阱
and
变形术
are ideal, as you can cc the guardians on one side and then ignore them completely.

We used WL gate and the orb bugged into the ground. We couldn't open the door and progress further and had to skip the last boss. Pretty much all of the achievements in this dungeon are totally *!@#ed.

This achiev is bugged, we got 2 guardians with orbs be next to the door, we killed both and then when we click the orbs to place it into the door, only one got there and the other despawned so we need to reset the instance cause the orb was completely missing it never respawned again...

My group got this after resetting the instance once because of an interesting bug.
We brought left orb to the right side so we can handle mobs better. We then started moving both orbs on the right side. At one point I decided to throw the orb, but it intersected with the other player holding the other orb. Instead of getting 2 debuffs / orbs on him or just not intersecting with him,
the orb completely despawned
. So we were one orb short and we couldn't even move on to the next boss. We had to reset the instance and clear all the way back. We were then very careful when throwing the orbs not to intersect them with the other orb holder so it won't bug. We also tried to keep the orbs a bit separated. After we got them close to snake head we just did a countdown and used them on the head at the same time. Achievement popped up after around 10 seconds even though we were all scratching our heads believing we somehow failed it.
So the strategy we used was:
1. Clear one side
2. Bring first orb to other side
3. Move orbs to head while killing/stunning mobs
(to be safe don't throw the orb or if you do careful it does not intersect with other orb holder)
.
4. Use at same time and profit.

This achievement is completely bugged!
We had to reset the instance 3 times, still no luck: Orbs keep bugging in, one disappears and only one will remain. Nothing can fix the issue, not even dying then running back to the eyes, they ain't just magically reappear (at the 3rd try, we prayed to the God for the orbs to be there, buuuuuut nope)..
So yeah, You have to actually reset the whole instance and kill everything along the way, including the
first three
boss (because
*giggle*
...obviously, you can't just simply skip them, why on the earth could you) - wasting time, and obviously getting no loot because of the reset.
Pro tip: If you move
waaay TOO close
to the skull, the orb will then be automatically thrown into the skull (without actually clicking on it)... thus resulting in a timer fail, if your other mate is too far away - by this "profiting" another nasty instance reset (we had to learn this at our own mistakes). Now I don't know if it's a bug or not, but it's a good to know stuff.
Don't get me wrong, I don't have any problems with the mechanics, not even the quick respawn, and not even that the orb will be resetted if it's on the ground for too long.. But come on, 2 orbs bugging into 1? ... That's ridiculous. For a moment I thought that maybe, just MAYBE if 2 orbs bugged into 1, perhaps that one orb would count as two (it does make sense, isn't it?).. but guess what:
nope
! :)
PS: already opened a ticket because this is the most annoying bugged achievement in my wow career...

The only issue our group had was that proximity to the head (door) can now make the orb go into place prematurely (probably a recent hotfix?). Fortunately the second eye was close enough that we could get it in place inside the 10sec window. The achievement is awarded when the door opens (if done correctly) NOT when you place the eyes.

So, i've done this achievement twice to help guildies. First time we had two monks that could just roll and use transcendence. The 2nd time we had the weirdest glitch. We had a DK tanking the right side of the eye with all the mobs so he could death grip a guardian incase it started to walk away if it managed to grab the orbs. We had two outlaw rogues grapple with the orb to the skull. Everything didn't go as plan. The guardian picked up the orb. As a ret pally i used rebuke to pull aggro on the orb guardian when it picked up the orb and it started to melee me with the orb in its hand? Some how it did that instead of just running back to put the orb in its original spot. We then popped wardrums, dps'd all the orb guardians except the two holding the orb. Got one low, killed the other. I put the eye in the skull, we finished off the 2nd and put the orb in. As long as both orbs aren't on the ground close to each other, the dungeon shouldn't bug out. Maybe this will help someone.

We'll do this again later but like the other things said
don't accidentally
- get the orbs too close to each other on the ground
(we did it killing adds when they respawn)
- get one orb too close to the head without the other
(we had one guy get caught up by a respawn)
This isn't that bad otherwise. I think the bugging is the most annoying part since we could reset it by suiciding. If it bugs you do have to reclear the whole zone again. = p

This room isn't bugged!
When our group was doing this achievement, after we stuffed it up the first time, the orbs didn't re-spawn and we thought it was bugged so we reset the instance, and we stuffed up the achievement again. However we noticed that the Orb Guardians grabbed the orbs and stealthed, so it wasn't that the orbs were bugged, we just had to go and engage the Orb Guardians to get the orbs again.
TLDR: If the orbs don't reappear, search the room for the stealthed Orb Guardians that are still holding the orbs. Demon Hunter's spectral sight is really handy here.

low key our group found a funny strat that worked
go to the left orb and have ur whole group spam click where the orb spawns, sometimes it bugs out and u get 2 orbs from it. then just walk up to the skull and put em in together

We split our group into 2, with 2 tanks, and cleared both sides of the room ccing the orb guardians, and then passed the orbs at the same time. Also the achievement doesn't appear until you actually pass through into the next room, so don't freak out if it doesn't appear straight away!

This was very easy in Shadowlands.
- Kill the adds near the door, and any others that might be in your way.
- Pick up the first orb. Throw it towards the door (special action button).
- An Orb Guardian will spawn. Slow it and kill it. If it reaches the orb, that's fine, just wait to be able to pick it up again.
- Go get the other orb, throw it towards the door as well. (A 2nd Guardian did not spawn for me).
- Stand near the door, spam click the orbs & door. The range is quite large.

Gotta say, it wasn´t that easy to solo at max lvl Shadowlands as some comments below made me think. Probably in part due to my impatience. I tried with my retri pala and failed, then with an ele shaman and also went bad. I eventually managed to do it with an affli lock
First of all, it is not sufficiently mentioned below that when you throw the orbs too close to the head, they disappear and the 10 sec counter starts at that point. So above any consideration, keep the orbs to a certain distance from the head
Then my second problem was that I was too eager to clean the whole area, so I would have a clear space to do the throw orb 1 - run for the other - throw orb 2 - click head. Actually mobs respawn pretty fast, and even if you have a good throwing discipline they will get in your way and can ruin the operation
So, thanks to the lock voidwalker I managed to keep respawning mobs busy, I prioritized killing orb guardians (had to kill 3 of them, and re-throw orbs back to a convenient location) but eventually made it

I messed up by throwing an orb too close to the snake head, so I ran out to reset the instance. Alas, doing so didn't remove the orb from the eye socket.
Just for science at this point, I threw two new orbs in rapid fire succession. Unsurprisingly did not work, either.

When I try to pick up an orb, it just disappears and respawns. I'm not able to open the door or carry an orb.

Wanted to mention a possible solution to the 'disappearing eye' bug (
this doesn't include standing on top of the eye's pedestal and tossing it as far out of its circular zone towards the skull-door
):
- Stand as far away from the Eye as possible while still being able to interact with it.
- The moment the interaction registers, get as far away from that circular zone as possible; the phase-reset mechanic around that spot in particular seems to be the cause of the bug.
- If you made it far enough, you should still be carrying the Eye and you can safely walk it to the door.
This is what I did to resolve it, though I'm not sure if it's a 100% fix. If it does work for you, please upvote or leave feedback!

Easy Solo Achievement for Level 70 Dragonflight & Beyond...
1) Mythic Difficulty.
2) Clear trash between both orbs leading up to the large eye skull
3) Grab orb on right side, fire it near the flame pillar before the large eye skull, but not past. What you DON'T want to do is launch the orb too close to the skull or it'll socket it from a distance.
4) Grab orb on the left side, fire it near the pillars before the large eye skull, but not past. Refine the orbs so they are just a few feet from each other. If adds pick up the orbs, just quickly take them out.
4b) If something goes wrong and you launched an orb too close to the skull and it already socketed, but the other orb is not yet in socketed, exit the dungeon and wait 31 minutes for the soft-reset, re-enter instance and try again.
5) Now with both orbs relatively side by side grab one and throw it at the foot of the skull, quickly and within ten seconds throw the other orb at the foot of the skull.
6) The skull begins to open, revealing the pathway, run through the skull.
7) ?
8) Boom. Profit. Achievement Completed.

These are as so damn buggy, i try to throw even and they fall infront of my feet. One time 2 guards appeared and while one snatched the orb from me the other guard became friendly and grabed me! I think he wanted us to go on a date xD

Just soloed this.
Step 1: pull every mob in the way between both eyes and the skull
Step 2: take 1 orb and walk near to the skull, let the orb guardian take the orb and kill it
The orb should be on the floor. you want to have an easy shot.
Step 3: Same as step 2 but with the other orb
Now you have both orbs in the floor near the skull
Step 4: Pick 1 orb do the shot and quickly do the same with the other
Step 5: cross the now open skull to get the archivement
