Looks like a Krol Blade with a green glow.

It's considering that if you can get Hakkar you COULD get an Azuresong Mageblade, this item is really lacking. It hardly deserves to be epic. The dmg/healing is now, the speed is nothing special, the stats are weak, and the DPS is not epic (to deter melee-caster hybrids).

This item could use +1 crit or hit without batting an eyelash.

It is, however, better than a lot of mainhand blues. I wouldn't waste +30 spell damage on this, though.

This wonderful sword looks like a krol blade with +15 agi. It drops off of hakkar in Zul'gurub. It is very similar to MC drops and is an easily achievable item for many.

Great 1h weapon for a Mage. It drops from Hakkar in Zul'Gurub and is nice with a +30 spell damage enchant on it.

This was my first epic ever :) I wield it with a Jindoes bag of wammies in my offhand. Its an amazing sword considering it comes from ZG. Looks like ill finnaly be getting rid of it though for the high warlords spellblade with the changes to the honor system they made :)

I wouldn't put Bloodcaller down all too quickly. For someone who is fresh out of 5 and 10 mans and who has just begun to raid, I wouldn't hold off for the Azuresong, especially speaking that you can PUG ZG and manage to snag the Bloodcaller. It's got decent stats all around and the Mageblade is just a bit more upgraded, snag it if you can, but be warned that you'll get whispers saying: "Why do you have a Krol Blade? lol"

like poker said, never give this up because ur holding back for mageblade. if you just got bloodcaller, it'll take u a couple weeks to get the mageblade off of golemagg, if it drops that is. this is an amazing sword for all casters. best item from zg imo.

To me, this is more of a warlock weapon. It is good for mages, but I see warlocks making better use of it. Most endgame guilds that are this far into ZG should not have much trouble getting to Golemagg for the Azuresong Mageblade, which is better for mages. This Bloodcaller has more +stamina, which is a warlocks best friend cause of lifetap. Unless all the warlocks pass on this, it should probably go to one and the mages should wait on their mageblade.

No one has mentioned what a great weapon this is for Holy Paladins. It has great stats, like no other healing wep. Intellect, which adds more healing, mana, and crit %, is on it. It has one of the best +heal equip enchants (for a weapon) at this level. Stamina is always useful for a healer, lets you stay alive until your tank can pull aggro again. And, on top of all that, it has great DPS.

I'll give it an 9 out of 10.

awesome wep for every dps caster(mages,warlocks ,and shadow priests) if there is a pvp holy pally on lvl 60 it is also not a crap. if your guild or group dont go for now in MC BWL OR NAXX that is pretty pretty good

Well unless u don't ave TBC and WOTLK and aren't planning on buyin them that wep is just 4show so get urself a agi enchant 2 give it back a nice glow. I'm gettin some original WoW endgame stuff and this will go great wit the warlock T2, ne1 no of a good off hand and cape 2 go wit that set?

I was raiding this on my level 60 mage pre-wrath and a level 62 freaking shaman rolled on this and won. I was so mad.

I'm so happy I took the time to get this on my mage during wotlk, definitely transmogrifying to it. I imagine it would look awesome with power torrent on it, to boot. : ]
