Warrior getting 5% nerf to one ability, hunter getting 20% and 10% nerfs.Blizzard shows us they don't understand how to balance hunter correctly without telling us they don't understand how to balance hunter correctly.
What happened to "no ptr?" This is getting annoying.
Why ruining the hunter in classic such a famous class that brought a lot at the time...
Seal of Martyrdom being made single target is a little harsh. It was definitely overturned before, but I think taking even 5% or 6% of damage is an even enough tradeoff - Now it's just a better Seal of the Crusader and that feels like a weird trade off. Tank rune only now? I don't remember prot having a good rune to take on their chest otherwise, unless they take horn. In fairness I guess it is still a significant chunk of damage while using a 2h, and you get to be a mana restore bot for your party, but that feels like a lot of damage that will not scale with your holy damage mods that you get later in retri, so... Weird change?
Overpowered? Not sure what you understand by overpowered. It's a bunch of big tradeoffs for those power ups. You only get Lone Wolf if you don't use the pet. And the pet deals a good chunk of dmg, probably around 20-25%. Plus not using a pet, you lose the ability to be effective in pvp other than attempt to one shot someone, if that fails you're dead. No stun talent, no spell pushback from the pet melees. And sniper training, you need to stand still for 6 seconds, that's not that easy for the majority of fights or if the tanks keep repositioning the boss. It's only a viable rune for a few tank and spank fights, any other fight like Firemaw where you run in and out or Ragnoros where you get knocked back and it's useless, at least be it good for some fights. I'm not saying keep hunters OP and nerf everyone else, more power to warriors if that makes them happy, but you can't say it's a good change just because these things are OP in a few situations.
Fair big nerf for Hunters.I don't wanted to being forced to take this runes.But what about -90% AoE/Cleave taked by your pets ? Hope this runes will exists for the lvl 60.
