Dual Spec Changes

Characters level 40 and up may now use the dual-spec system.

The cost to activate the ability is .

The ability no longer requires a Lexicon of Power.

Switching specs has a 5-second cast time. It may not be used in combat, or in battlegrounds or arenas.

There is no cooldown on switching specs.

That's a week PER TOON of extra farming... not to mention if I was to save already for epic flyers for all toons... and say I have 10 toons... that's TEN WEEKS of WORK for something that should be FUN.

Being able to do it at level 40 isn't triviality?

Using an expensive reagent only scribes can make. Let's be honest here.

So scribes will no longer need to my a lexicon(sp?) of power to swap specs anymore? What is the requirement then, it just happens?

Right now I pay 20g for a Respec. After I unlock Dual Spec, everytime I swap between them, I gotta pay 20g (and it goes up still?)somethingComment by CalidusDoes it memorize just the one dual spec and its glyphs, or can I change my current glyphs and spec and then revert the changes after?
To give an illustration, if I were to choose resto as main and pvp resto as my dual spec, then respecced from resto to feral and reglyphed, would my resto spec's glyphs be lost?
