Exploits always been part of MMO's .. Blizzard banned or suspoended those that took grave advantage of this particular retarded layergrind. There will always be those who grind for efficiency. Do you even know how fast you level with cleavegroups? Classic been out some time now dude..

i am kinda agreeing on the doing this legit in first month of classic. 8 ingots, 50 enchanted arcane bars...it would indeed take a insane amount of help, for weeks, without missing a single day, to do this by now. the post from thaarael above, with all the aucutal math and well-thought out post on this, proves this.Not only did they level to 60, not only did they level a raid guild to 60, be clearing MC 3 times now, with him getting prob the 1 and only Eye (insanely low chance to drop) and then to get all 8 ingots and the bars...within those 3 weeks...maybe?What i think happened possibly is that some people on that server were using the layering trick, and sold off the golemag things, so there was a lot of them floating around on the server, so even if the layering people got banned, their items that they sold probably didnt get removed from the economoy. So that means there was probably more than 8 going around, and why people were willing to just sell/give him them to get the hammer.This would make much more sense, because getting 8 legitly, would be astonomically stacked against them, even if entire server who is 60 was farming them...which prob isnt the case, just because you are 60 doesnt mean you just walk into MC and clear it either, i'm sure there's guilds who are doing progression in MC, like a few bosses not even doing golemag every week...just like it was in vanilla.So my theory is that there was layering exploits going on, more enchanted bars, crystals, thorium layering farming, more golemag kills, to allow this kind of stuff to happen...they banned the cheaters..but not before they flooded the market/banks of these materials...thats the only way i can see this happening
This article is outright false, somebody already pointed out that LongDD got it on a CN server several days before the EU one was completed. This isn't even difficult to find out if you do just a little fact-checking. Come on Wowhead, it looks like you're just click-baiting when you put out articles like this.
