Doan is to the left BEFORE you enter the canyon /way 85, 70

You need to enter Demon Fall Canyon alone (DO NOT NEED ATTUNEMENT) after talking to him. he has a chat dialog, his '?' will be gray when you approach him. still need to talk w/ him.

There is a small path to the left right at the entrance. don't pull the trash.

Kill him, loot his body for the soul, use it, done.

DO NOT FORGET TO TURN IN AT DOAN.
