Amara Lunastar and Jenafur - Notable NPCs from 8.2.5 PTR Build 31812

With our database updated for the latest 8.2.5 PTR build, there are two notable NPCs worth highlighting: the unusual elf Amara Lunastar and cat pet Jenafur.
Minor spoilers/speculation.
Amara Lunétoile
Amara Lunétoile
's model resembles an Undead Night Elf. We also learned yesterday that the
War Campaign will conclude in 8.2.5
, leading to a clash between Saurfang's rebellion and Sylvanas. Will there be yet-another skirmish where the Forsaken battle with the Night Elves and end up victorious, raising their dead? Could the inclusion of more Night Elves with Undead appearances hint at a potential Horde race, or character customization option for both sides should the factions dissolve in a future patch?
Another interpretation of this NPC, as she's lightly-armored and likely not a member of any army, is that she's not related to the faction conflict. Perhaps she is meant to look like a vampire and part of Hallow's End as a San'layn, as she has red eyes, black hair, and a dark red dress. We datamined some vampire-themed broadcast text last build:
"Feed me souls."
"Your flesh smells delicious."
"Your eyes look tasty."
"Only blood can quench my thirst."
Previously in Tides of Vengeance, Sylvanas' forces have raised several Night Elves as Forsaken, including
Sira Gardelune
as a Dark Warden and
Delaryn Lune-d'Eté
as a Dark Ranger. Through the quests, it is unclear if they were raised out of free will or more sinister forces.

The other NPC is a bit fluffier--literally--it's
Félicia
a cat pet. She's quite the charmer, as seen in her flavor text "This cat is known for her lies, ignore her sweet meows."
Some cat-themed broadcast text was also added last build:
"%s meows."
"%s purrs."
"%s stares at something intently."
"%s meows loudly!"
The spell
Caresser
was also added, which triggers the effect "Complete Quest (58099)" and another effect to learn
