To get to the tree and dreamcatcher, travel north from western Astranaar toward /way 38 26, traveling through the Thistlefur mob area (these mobs also drop the Primal Insight itself).

DO NOT go west to Maestra's Post or that side of the ridge. You cannot get to the tree or dreamcatcher from that side and there are no mobs that drop it there. You must be EAST of the ridge between Maestra's Post and Astranaar. Do NOT waste your time going around to the west side of the ridge.

When you get the Primal insight to drop continue north through the large WOODEN GATE. Continue, you will be forced by terrain to make a slight right heading northeast. Then go through the large STONE GATE. Continue straight and past another few thistlefur then go up the tree.

When on the tree, take the first right at the fork. Then walk onto the LEFT tree branch (be careful not to fall) that is behind some purple leaves. The dreamcatcher is another few yards ahead.

It can take quite a few kills to get it. I spent just under 30min farming Thistlefur mobs (with one death due to Horde), didn't keep track of how many shamans I killed. Just keep at it and it'll drop.

1. Head to Thistlefur Village in Ashenvale
-Follow a dirt path heading North from main road just to the West of Astranaar.

2. Defeat Thistlefur Shaman until one of them drops Primal Insight.

3. Head North past the wooden gates in to the main part of Thistlefur Village.
-Keep heading North, up the hill and under a large stone archway.
-Continue up the hill and head past the cave entrance (do not enter cave).

4. At the top of the hill you will walk out on the trunk of a large tree growing out of the cliffside.
-Take a right at the first fork and then you will go left to walk out on the next branch.
-Be careful as you head through the purple leaves which partially obscure the branch.

5. Walk out on the branch and you will see two dreamcatchers hanging from the tree.
-Right-click the Primal Insight to receive Prophecy of Seven Visitors.
-Right-click Prophecy of Seven Visitors to learn Strength of Soul.
*Note: You will need two priest prayers active in order to learn the rune.
