You get a buff with duration of 2 minutes and you need to make it to the other island in time. Aquatic Form is a must.

Western statue is at 36.91,76.14.
Eastern statue is at 54.43, 82.01.

Finished this with aquatic form with only 17 seconds to spare. I recommend starting at the eastern statue and swimming to the western statue as the island the eastern statue is on must be climbed from the north, which takes longer, and the western statue's island can be climbed from the east, making it a direct line from eastern to western.

Symbol of the Third Owl:
-Head to Hillsbrad Foothills.
-In the water offshore are two small islands. One is due South of Hillsbrad Fields, the other is due South of the river mouth.
-Head to one of the islands (order does not matter).
-Touch the owl statue and you will receive a 2 minute buff.
-Swim to the other island and touch the other owl statue while the buff is still active.
-You may need seal form in order to swim the distance in the required amount of time.

TRAVEL TIPS FOR HORDE PLAYERS!

Getting to the ocean can be annoying when travelling from Tarren Mill. The closer to lvl 25 you are, the less this tip will matter.

If you travel on the east side of South Shore following the river, you will run into lvl 29 beasts and Naga. these will see through stealth if your low level (~20).

If you travel on the west side of South Shore, it will be easier to stealth down unlit you hit the water, where lvl29 Murlocks will see you.

You will probably die less on the west side, but the 1 death will take longer to run back.
