I found one of these keys in the Bael'dun Digsite in Mulgore.
There was a lockbox under one of the tables there.
Opened it up to find a bunch of uninspiring vendor trash..

I lootet it two times, mostly vendor trash but also both times
a Waylaid Supllies Crate (which can be delivered the supply officer in TB for some Silver)
and one time there was a Sroll:CWAL for Mages in it, possible for a rune, the sroll is not souldbound.

Farmed the mine area for a few minutes and there seems to be only 1 chest spawn, basically same loot table as normal chest. Not known respawn timer on this chest that is slightly larger than a rogue only chest near the forge. NOT shaman only

Opened a few times as a druid, Spawntime is 1 minute. got a few greens and a waylaid Supplies.
