This thing (if you can find him) drops some very nice druid footwear. I don't see him very often at all, maybe once per 10 runs.

I have done like 4-5 baron runs and 2 times have seen stonespine, both time fist weapon. 2nd time I got it:p

Saw him on my first run ever in Strat, dropped his Cape and I won it. :)

Seen him many times, dropped Stoneskin Gargoyle Cape like 5 times but lost the roll every time -.- Won the Shredder Talons today though.

It is rumored that he drops a cape which is white/black in color and longer than your average cloak

We had this bugger spawn on us while we were doing a timed Baron run for the tier 0.5 quest. We hadn't originally planned for that, but we treated him like any other gargoyle. He went down quick enough, with no significant delay to us.

ive seen this guy almost every time i did 45 baron, hes a pain in the ass and he never gives that goddamn cloak.

AS other have said, rare spawn. My third run in, with a 5-man got him. Hes right after the gates on baron side. Two groups in and then the point where you hang back and pull the pats. Dropped talons, im happy.
