Chromie is actually a Bronze Dragon named Chronormu in disguise. She created a pocket-universe inside a room in a Inn inside of Andorhal to investigate the scourge for the Bronze Dragonflight.

It's there all right to the NW. The only almost intact wooden house with 2 floors that I could see. I got the quest delivered but my feign deaths were unfortunately resisted so I didn't get the next. Ah well... :(

Thought I was going crazy. Ran around along the southern wall where I knew it had been before for 10 minutes. The inn has indeed been moved to northwest part of andorhal when Blizzard remade it.

If you're having trouble finding the stairs, setting your gamma correction all the way up in the Video Settings menu should do the trick. And yes, she/it is in the inn in the NW corner of the ruins. It's pretty much the only building in that area that isn't completely destroyed.

Chromie is Chronormu, a member of Nozdormu's bronze dragon flight. Nozdormu is the Aspect of Time, and his dragon flight attend to protecting time and destiny. Chromie disguises herself as a gnome mage in Andorhal while she attends to to repairing the timeline that was damage by the plague of the scourge.

The Caverns of Time, an unopened instance in Tanaris, is rumored to be where Nozdormu resides, and dragonkin can be found outside of the caverns.

Has someone tried talking to her after doing the quest with Eranikus' chained essence that ends mysteriously in Winterspring? She ought to know a thing or two about dragons.

does she give rep for the bronze dragonflight? because i know that there are some nice epic gear that requires neutral with this faction. i may attemt faction if it is easy, but if its anything like timbermaw, thoruim, and centur circle, i will never attempt it.

She (female dragon) has her own quest chain related to time and you'll eventually get a lousy consumable item to fight Araj. She's in the ruined inn at the top north west of Arhd.
The elf next to her is in fact a blue dragon that makes chromatic epic armour (different story. She also takes a nice part in the darrowshire event.
If she would have been a part of the brood, she would have attacked me because I'm hated =S
finishing her quests doesn't give you quests because she's not officially related to the war of shifting sands in AQ.

Her tea with sugar helped me kinda too :p

Edit: favoredsoul don't even try getting the reputation... of course it's hard if it has epix at neutral! It's the hardest faction to gain besides armies of C'Thun (?). Don't even start the quest chain unless you're planning to do AQ with an uber tier 2 (soon 3) guild.

despite what it says in the 'strange historian' quest text and stuff, she's been moved to the northwest corner now, and don't bother with the suicide runs if you can't take out a lvl55 healer when you resurrect, cuz they've added one mob in her room.

this is why i look quests up before bothering, another misleading quest info. it'll have you searching entire bottem of andorhall when she isnt even there. she is in INN at top left of andorhall, its easy to find because its one of few building in town thats still standing. they must have moved her, and not bothered to update the text, or had it wrong to begin with and didnt care.

Found Chromie Upstairs in the inn on the room to the right.

Coords are 39,67

You can easily get to the inn with minimul fuss by taking the western loop road into Andorhal.

The only NPC that sells Chronoboon Displacer at 10g a piece

and even when she is part of the Bronze Dragonflight, you won't receive any discount, even if you are exalted with Brood of Nozdormu
