You'll know when a 辐射元素 has been hit by a 超级对撞器 because it'll turn red, double its size, and change its name to 不稳定的辐射元素.

This will cause the elemental to double their health and since they'll take longer to kill, make sure to watch your stacks of 被辐射. Hitting 20 will instantly kill you!
