he is in the dungeon but before the instance east of south common room mining in the corner of the room on the right as you look at minimap.

lvl 43 warrior just farming theminers in uldaman. had no idea this guy existed. figured he would be easy and started to attack him. one thing is for sure this guy is not easily killed. he hits for so much, me wearing plate and all. had to put on retalliation and he dide. he dropped his axe and a green dagger. very nice. sold the axe for 45g

For a BOE item, the drop rate here says 14.75%

Is that right? Because if it is, I'm going to farm the crap out of this guy and sell these for a fortune on the AH.

Bought this for my warrior alt for 5 gold! Now it's in my bank, waiting for me to decide whether to stay at 29 or level up to 60 :P

This is great for a fury warrior in his low 30's. I'm camping the rare spawn with my main to get this for my warrior. (Great that it's BoE too.)
Btw, it seems like almost no one knows about this guy & what he drops. So you'll probably have no problems farming him.
