This is really a very nice twink weapon for Warsong Gulch, but you should have an alternative character, a friendly guildmate, or someone willing to buy something expensive get this, since it costs a lot and this type of money isn't typically available at 19! The only drawback to the weapon is that the speed is high enough that faster classes in PvP (rogues in particular) can hurt you badly before you get too many hits in.

There are people who would say this isn't worth the time and that there are better weapons for twinks, but this one's worked well for my Hunter alt.

My hunter twink uses this, I hit very hard in melee and can crit for 300. It's a good hunter wep since you shouldn't be in combat much so you can get in a good hit with the staff and then keep kiting. Throw 25 agil on it and you'll have a great 19 twink hunter wep.

This dropped on me doing the quest "Gann's reclimation"

In southern Barrens north of thousand needles... Absolutly blows away any other staff I have seen in it's level group. I can't find anything close to it at the auctions

I can't believe it dropped on me, especially since I am only lv 22, over 2x as good as my previous Staff

well i found it in stocks and i equipeted it before i thought about it (im a mage) these things r only good for twinks and junk just sell it in AH. ive seen 1 in there for like 40-60g thats alot better then this staff.. its like only a couple more stats then emberstone staff so yah only twinks should be buying it really..

I figured I would post that this dropped for me today in Durnhold Keep. I didn't notice that it had ever dropped there before and seems to be a truly random, rare, world drop.

I don't need it, but I'm as greedy as everyone else and will try to get maximum dollar for it on the Duskwood server.

Nice little baby! I got it this week, in Ashenval. Just north of Astranaar. I was killing all the mob aside the beach.

My friend was jalous so we start to kill all the mob of an hour and it didn't drop again.

Far superior to Crescent and Living Root from WC. Had this when I did WC and got both the Living Root from the end guy and the Crescent from Thunder Bluff.. almost choked when I compared stats. As a Mage this staff was the better choice for me and I only just changed at lvl 32 for the Windweaver Staff.

Well, got this sweet little number to drop in Stockades. Kept it for my priest who just hit 21. Should keep him happy until Illusionary Rod.

I got this little beauty while I was out gathering small flame sacs...when a red whelp dropped it. Whoo!
Since neither my buddy or I needed it, I looked it up in our AH on Windrunner/Alliance side, and seen another one for a buyout of 54g 75s. So I decided I'll try it too...I put it in for 50g bid, 54g buyout. The next morning lo and behold, someone bought it out for the 54g. Lucky Day!

I was just out hitting 29 and came across Twisted Sabre and this, Elder Grey Bears in hillsbrad just outside of Dun Garok, dropped em both within 15 mins of each other.

if you have crescent staff, I'd just sell this. Crescent staff is almost just as good (+7 int, +7 stam and +7 spirit) but it's free and soulbound.

This one can be sold, so just sell it. Makes a pretty penny.

I just hit the Wetlands for the first time, and about wet myself when this dropped from a Murlac over in the Fen area in the Western portion near the Tomb. (area with all the crocs around).

I was using the Ember Staff before, and this one appears to be just slightly better for a mage.

i have a twink priest on laughing skull and i cannot decide wether i should use: Twisted Chanters Staff, Staff of the Blessed Seer, or Staff of Friar. can someone plz tell me which one is better for a holy priest.

Found one of these "for free" in a chest in Duskwood. Now, I've blown 40S trying to auction it. Anyone have any tips? I've set the buyout around 44G and have started using a relatively low min bid of 28.

As Best in Slot (BiS) for multiple twink classes and it being a world drop, you can essentially name your price. The market average on my server was 25g but I sold mine for 45g. It will only appreciate in value so take your time and get your value from it. Happy selling (or twinking)!
