It actually is much better then Cloak of Firemaw, cloaks don't have that much stats to put on them so 1% to crit more is much.

3 Less Stamina but you gain 10AP and 1%critical.. this is a clear upgrade from Firemaw.

The cloak off Firemaw in BWL is just a tad bit inferior to this, but is 'easier' to obtain (I use 'easier' loosely, being a lot of guilds still haven't stepped inside bwl)

Cloak of Firemaw with 1 Crit, meh...

Still the best cloak for Rogues AND Hunters ingame though not a big upgrade over Fallen God, especially for Hunters.

This looks nothing like Onyxia Scale Cloak as said below....
Its texture is exactly the same as you see on the icon. Awfully colored with a skull in the middle.

Ofc it goes to rogues, warriors, hunters and feral druids if guilds have those. It's a great cloak for any class.

And as for hunters, it's likely to beat C'Thun cloak for Survival hunters. With my current gear - I'd get the same Damage Value from a cloak with 26.5 agility and I am likely to increase my AP, so the value will only rise.

It's a no-brainer for MS hunters.

with LR thats:

26x1.15=29.9

29.9 agi = 59.8 RAP and ~0.59 crit

10 RAP or 0.4 crit? It's as close to a draw as it gets, with a veeeery minor advantage for Cloak of the fallen god. Ofcourse, for MM hunters it turns out a bit differently. This is in terms of pure raid DPS. You get 1 dodge and some armor from that agi, as well as 4 extra stamina.
