It's practically a lateral move from Shroud of Pure Thought. A little more Intellect, a little more Healing, 1 less mana/5. Sort of disappointing, really, even if it is just from the first boss of the wing.

Edit:
Correction, exchanging Stamina for Spirit is actually pretty nice. Still fairly lateral otherwise, but I like these items that have both Spirit and mana/5 being introduced.

the main improvement from hide of the wild to this is that u get 12 spirit from this and some mana regain...this is way better than Hide of the Wild

So basically we losing 3 mp/5. Druids don't get as much regen from spirit as mages and priests do, so we make up for it by stacking mp/5 items, which have the added benefit of continuing to regenerate mana even within the five second rule, while spirit is relegated to only outside the five second rule (with the exception of the 15% bonuses each from Reflection and 3/8 Stormrage)Said that I think having +8 Healing and 5 spirit extra from CoS can make up losing 3mp/5

World drops aren't and can't be dropped by mobs lower than thier RL (Required Level). If they dropped randomly off of any mob in the world, then a level 3 could pick up Kang the Decapitator and get an easy 1-300g. Blizzard doesn't want this kind of thing to happen, so World Drops are put into level ranges, such as Kang, it has one of 48-55, and Destiny, 55-62. I hope this clears this out, oh, and this "princess drop" cloak, its only a Naxx drop, not a Princess one, Its just a mistake of data input.

decent indeed, just wonder, is it really moore decent then Cloak of Clarity?
this: +8 healing +5 spirit but - 3 mana /5 sec and -6stam..

really hard pick indeed.
