On the Pally, the +spirit doesn't make much difference, the Cauterizing band should indeed be nearly equal for them. For other healing classes that benefit from spirit while casting aswell, its a nice addition

The Big reason that this wouldnt be as benefitial to a paladin as a druid or a priest is that paladins have NO way to get mana regen while casting, Druids have reflection and priests can 3 piece trans. hence, why a good combintion of Mp5 and +healing, Though i would still recommend this to any paladin that has atleast 30 mp5

Dropped for our guild today. It was our first time in naxx and our 5th attempt he went down. Has 22-23% drop rate, which is good. So i look for almost every healer in our guild to get this ring. We had 12 people greed roll for this, was kinda exciting.

I got the second one to drop for us (druid). This coupled with Pure Elementium band are just perfect. I believe the ring of the martyr is better for priests and shamans to an extent since shamans thrive on mana/5 seconds. Our first ring off anub'rekhan went to a priest. I love the stats to be honest, great ring all around off a relatively easy boss.
