This belt, while an upgrade from transcendence belt, is not as good as Grasp of the Old God, a cloth healing belt that drops from C'thun. So if you're looking to optimize your healing gear, looks like you're headed back to Ahn'Qiraj!

For Priests trying to decide which two pieces of Faith to pick up first for the 2-piece bonus, I would avoid the Belt of Faith in favor of the other two easily obtainable pieces, the Gloves and Sandals. While the Belt of Faith is a worthy reward for early progression in Naxxramas, it is obviously inferior to Grasp of the Old God (C'thun Drop), and arguably less useful in certain situations when compared to something like Firemaw's Clutch, which if you're now progressing in Naxxramas, you have likely seen enough Clutches drop in BWL to snag one after your damage classes. For Priests in guilds likely to be progressing on the first 5-6 bosses in Naxxramas, I would recommend picking up the Gloves and Sandals first, as both items have good stat allocation for their item level. While the Gloves of Faith have other good alternatives such as Gloves of Dark Wisdom off Ossirian or the Gloves of the Messiah off Huhuran, they are a comparably better upgrade/sidegrade when looking at options for the Belt. As for the Sandals, the are generally better than anything a Priest will have when he has the chance to snag them (barring Shimmering Geta for some encounters).
