These new blue items blizzard added are quite good... a load of pvp oriented stat on these... but i bet they look like crap.
Well no spirit for pve... but with all the mana-recovery tools mages have, it should be no problem for them (the encounters you're gonna face if you're wearing these shoulders won't last long too, so there's no need of too much spirit)

Very nice for a mage that just started building up + dmg.

Seeing as how the thuzadin sash is dropped from that spider boss in Strat-Baron side, I'm guessing it drops somewhere there.

Just dropped in the BRD Arena during the T 0.5 event. You go into the arena, as the normal event starts you put up a "Banner of Provocation" and the 2nd Arena-Wave will consist of some PvP-like encounter... After you finish it a treasure will spawn in the middle of the room, it just contained these shoulders for us.

Glad to here its a common bug. It dropped for our group. The thing is, i came late, they had allready cleared to baron, and after we all went back in, we got the 45 minute buff, therefore these dropped.

Scored these with my Magister's Leggings in one run off Baron. Took about 15 runs before seeing either of them drop.

His loot has nothing to do with if you finished the 45 min run on time or not.. we didn't make it and both dropped.

I got this item last night. We did not do a 45 min baron. We took over 1 hour to complete due to people leaving.

I got this today and the exaulted robe. My luck he drops this and still no LF Legplates. We flew through strat 2x paladins, priest, warrior, and rogue.

To clear this up - there's no need to beat any time limit to have those shoulders. Dropped to me yesterday. They are good substitute till I get my Mantle of the Blackwing Cabal, if they ever drop again. :)
