Guess what, Blizzard made it unique after people farmed 2 of them. Which vanished 1 without giving you back the 12 wild offering you farmed :)

Do I need to complete rep/quest to buy wild offering items? Or is it enough to just farm them? Appreciate any help.

The Wild Gods Quest Guide (Phase 3 Runes for ALL Classes) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2KFA0afbx4

1. At level 40 (45 recommended) head to Emerald Sanctuary in Felwood.
-Take the path North past Raynewood Retreat in Ashenvale.
-Emerald Sanctuary is the first settlement you will come across on the north side of the road.

2. Talk to Shadowtooth Emisarry standing outside of the large building.
-Pick up quest The Wild Gods.

3. Head to Jintha'Alor in The Hinterlands (Optional)
-There is a pathway to Hinterlands in Hillsbrad Foothills, between the mountains North of Durnholde Keep.
-Defeat Vilebranch trolls (level 45-51 Elite) until one drops Wildwhisper Draught.
*This step is "optional" because only one member of your party needs to have the Draught for the next step.

4. Head to Razorfen Downs in South Barrens
-After defeating the final dungeon boss Amnennar The Colbringer, one member of your party will drink Wildwhisper Draught to make Spirit of Agamaggan appear.
-Turn in The Wild Gods (part 1) and you will receive Agamaggan's Roar along with the second part of The WIld Gods quest chain, asking you to collect 3 Wild Offering.

5. Collect 3 Wild Offering
-These drop off of 3 special bosses in 3 specific dungeons.
-Use Agamaggan's Roar to start battle with the special boss.
-You can refresh the instance and run the same dungeon 3 times to collect your 3 items, you don't have to do all 3 dungeons.
-Your options include:

5A: Defeat any 3 bosses (not including Ghaz'rilla) in Zul'Farrak to make a Ghostly Spider appear.
-It tends to wander around the Ghaz'rilla area.

5B: Clear the area around Princess Theradras in Maraudon to make a Ghostly Raptor appear.
-Raptor appears in the water on the upper level with turtles, do not jump down for it.

5C: Defeat High Interoggater Gerstahn, Houndmaste Grebnar, & Ring of Law Event in Blackrock Depths
-Ghostly Basilisk will spawn on the Dark Iron Highway / Road to Bael'gar

6. After collecting 3 Wild Offering, return to Shadowtooth Emisarry in Felwood to collect your rune.
-Shadowtooth Emisarry will also now sell you other items if you collect more Wild Offering.
