healing builds can be EXTREMELY powerful.

I set up a wishlist of +healing gear that totaled to +1128 (as a priest) - and that was using no set items - yet I was sitting at about 6.2k mana unbuffed.

That's not as much mana as I could have - but I also had somewhere around 54 mana/per 5 seconds - so with +1128....damn, I could use some low rank flash heals :)

does that mean that when you have set bonus which reduce cating time on flash heal with 0,1 then it takes less +damage / healing?

just try it yourself, get +500 healing and try a 1500 flash heal non crit, ive got about +250-340 healing (really havnt counted) and i only do 990-1100 flash heals

Druid talents can change heal per mana calculations. If you have gift of nature and tranquil spirit, your heal per mana is higher for higher ranked Heal Touches

Compared to Angelista's Charm you have:

+26 Healing
-14 Intellect
-2 Stamina

Better than Angelista's Charm for long fights in my opinion, since you're trading 210 mana for +26 healing power. The Eye is also a 100% drop rate, unlike the Charm (which is a 10% drop).
