If you are looking to downrank heals these bracers have the highest +healing you can get pre-TBC on bracers, enchant them with +24 healing for a total of 77 healing!

Nice stats too, very balanced.

OBviously there are great advantages to greater heal because of low ranks and ltos of +healing gear. We al know that. But never using flash heal just defeats the point of a priest. Sometimes quick heals are needed - you are just throwing away the priests advantage over a druid. Also being "top healer" - i presume you mean you are top of the healing meters. If you think that makes you top healer... think again :)

Being top healer doesn't obviously means being in the top of the healing meters (you could spec on Prayer of Healing and spam these with Fade and with a nice tank until you have enough mana if you really want to be #1 in healing done) but if you use your mana efficiently, it's nice.

But what do you think about Priests shared healing?
Why couldn't be there some flash healers and some greater healers?
They need different gear.

Using just greater heals lets you be out of the 5 second more time than you could be using flash heals. +Healing gear effects GH better than FH.

So you could take spirit and healing gear with GH spec and intell+mana/5 sec gear with FH spec, don't you? GH specced Priest should always care about Renews, and FH specced ones can forgive this in end-game instances :)
