Drop from Elder Mottled Boar in Durotar.

Reward on completion (adding the mats) 6 silver and 300 rep. With no mats 1s and 100 rep.

UPD: drops from any mobs in starting zones + looted from usual chests.

Got this which required 20 copper bars. I supplied the bars and was rewarded with 300 reputation with Azeroth Commerce Authority as well as 80 experience (level 11) and 6 silver.

Be aware if you're planning on buying the mats, it seems to ONLY award 6 silver outside of the rep and experience, so it might be a loss of money depending on the price of the material, however if you farm the materials yourself then it MIGHT be worth it.

(I didn't hand in a regular one with no added materials as I didn't have a second).

EDIT: Just handed in a regular one without materials added, and the reward was 100 reputation, 70 experience (level 12) and 1 silver.

So the rewards are as follows:

Supply Shipment (added mats)

300 reputation
~80 experience
6 silver

Waylaid Supplies (no mats)

100 reputation
~70 experience
1 silver

I will assume the experience gained is slightly lower, but it's also a negligible amount.

EDIT2: it seems that higher levels have more expensive materials that also yield more rewards.

800 reputation
~200 experience
30 silver

It rewards reputation up to friendly, past that, you need to complete higher level shipments.

Apparently, shipments are divided into "tiers" depending the shipment item level.
