I learned this at level 265 Leatherworking skill. It lasted me up until level 295 Leatherworking. It's absolutely great.

If you can't manage to sell them for a good price, they Disenchant into good stuff. Currently on my server, each one costs about 1 gold and 80 silver to create. I can Disenchant for a medium of 3 gold each.

I had 2 recipes drop in 30 minutes while killing Lagashi Centaur. The recipe is bind on pick up for some strange reason, so I just have to sell it since I am not a Leatherworker.

I just disenchanted one into a dream dust and another into an essence.

My main leatherworker made a bunch of these to get leatherworking up to 300. This seemed to be the cheapest item to make at that range for leveling. After reaching 300, I sent them to my enchanter. Out of about 20-25 of these, twice I got 2x Lesser Eternal Essence (that's 4 total) and one Small Brilliant Shard. The rest were from 2x to 5x Dream Dust. The 4x Lesser Eternal Essences that I got were probably worth disenchanting them all.

That was a lot of rugged leather to "waste" tho.

I have disenchanted about 5 of these now and they *always* disenchant into Dream Dust, best so far stack of 5.

Out of 10 disenchants of Wicked Leather Bracers, only 2 Lesser Eternal Essences, the rest was Dream Dust.

On Spinebreaker, you might as well just disenchant these, as you can't sell them for more than 1G50s, the mats costing more for each if you don't farm them yourself.

They seem do DE into essence about 1/4 of the time for me. Still extremely dissapointing.
