finally got a blue drop after farming these Legashe demons for a few hours, but its totally useless. i'll have it disenchanted and sell the shard or keep it for own use!

This dropped off a satyr in Azshara. First one I brought down. Got 40g buy out in AH, so not worthless to me.

i'm a demonology warlock, and this is a good supplement to my resistances. Didn't pay much for it though, and i only use it in pvp when don't have anything else.

guys if your building your fire res for MC it's not a bad addition i'd happily pay 20g for one every little bit counts

I looted this worthless bone in Blasted lands off of a Helboar, i think. One of hte monsters around hte Collector.
yeah, didn't give me muc hgold in the AH though.

This is actually a pretty nice offhand for mages with the right talents. In the arcane tree there is a talent(forget the name) that gives the mage 5% of their mana back everytime the resist a spell. SO the more resist you have to every element. the better your chance of gaining back some mana. Wish there was one up for sale on staghelm.. i'd like to get it for my lvl 60 mage.

PVP Resto-Druid alt who is parked for awhile in the 40's. Great item for when everyone is beating on you and you need a little +resist in every dept!

Bought mine in AH, 7g.

Useless? No, here's why:

MC: +fire res
AQ: +nature res
Coming dungeons: +shadow res or +frost res

This little off-hand gives you +6 in all magic schools, while it's not a lot per say, it's a lot cheaper than buying separate items for each, provided you can even find them.

Granted, you'll get better and more specialized off-hands as you raid, but until you get one that is appropriate this one will do fine.

I complement it with the Hammer of Revitalization, as I am healing when in raids (feral druid specced).

This + Smoking Heart of the Mountain + Thick Silithid Chestguard or Cow King's Hide + Necklace of the Diamond Tower + Ward of the Elements + Ring of Binding + 5 to all resist on cloak = hardcore flag runner midfield.

You'll be resisting roots, fears, deathcoil, fear, dots, occasional hunter marks, rogue poisons... Any good druid knows midfield running against heavy caster groups need this kind of stuff.
