After seeing the Aspice shoulders drop every time, this dropped for me my first BRD run, replacing my tiger mantle.

It's a halflength cloak.

SURE...this cloak never drops i went for brd like 20 times just to get this cloak and ive never seen it..btw is this boss rare or is it just that al partys jump over him? or am i just crazy and never see it?btw probably we have killed ths boss just that i wont drop...

i just got it about 20min ago. Really nice cape. Now i need to get a 50+ armor enchant. Beacause the armor is low on this

Tryin to get this back for my 48 rogue that gonna be at 49 for a while to farm honor points. This ull be the last item i need. I still have the tigerstrike mantle from 29. this is the first real good backive seen in a while

Here is a screenshot of the Blackveil Cape. I'm somewhat disappointed that it's not actually black in color, as one would assume by its name, but that is just a personal preference.

This is the best cloak for rogues outside raids before you can get 黑爵士的斗篷, and even then it can take you a ton of tries, so if you don't have better pay Houndmaster a visit every time you step in BRD.

I don't know if it's just a bug.

In SoD, Blackveil Cape drops by Houndmaster Grebmar
and High Interrogator Gerstahn drops Spritecaster Cape

the two appear to have been swapped
