why don't you just add the mail options, they give better frost resist, stam, and attack power and cost less lol

The plate set is a meme just use the mail set, I use mail chest, bracers, and gloves and then the glacial cloak and ramaladni's icy grasp sets me up with 139 total. Slap a +5 all resistances to the cloak and pop a jujuchill and you're at 159 which is plenty.
