Class trainers serve an important role in leveling up your character in WoW Classic, teaching you new abilities and higher ranks as you level up. In this Class Trainer guide, we will detail the locations of all Priest Class Trainers, as well as costs of all abilities.

Learning Priest Abilities
Priest trainers teach new abilities for Priests, as well as upgrading existing abilities. You can learn one new ability at level 1. After that, new trainer-learned abilities start at level 4, and can be learned every even-numbered level thereafter.
Most Priest trainers will train all levels. However, the Priest trainers found in the 1-5 starter zones only train through level 6 abilities. These are noted on the Alliance and Horde Trainer Locations above.
When you learn an ability through a talent, you get automatically get Rank 1 of that ability. Getting new ranks of the talented ability requires buying the new ranks from the trainer as you level. For example, the Priest ability

is learned through a 11-point talent on the Shadow talent tree, and you can purchase ranks 2-6 at levels 28, 36, 44, 52, and 60 through the trainer.
You don't have to buy all spells or abilities.
You may not be able to buy them all if you are short on gold, so choose carefully.
Difference between Retail and Classic:
In Retail, you get new Priest abilities every so often when you go up a level. This happens automatically and you don't have to pay for these abilities. In Classic, trainers present new abilities every other level on the even-numbered levels starting with level 4, so you should plan to visit your Priest trainer when you gain an even-numbered level. You will also get upgrades (higher ranks) of existing abilities. These cost money, based on the level of the new ability or new rank.
Costs of New/Improved Priest Abilities
Below is a table showing the base price for any Priest ability (new or higher rank) that unlocks at a certain character level.
(Base price for Neutral or Friendly reputation. Prices go down with Honored or Better reputation; pay attention to the faction of the trainer you're using for best prices).

Zones with No Priest Trainers
The Priest trainers follow the typical path, in that they have trainers in each of the 1-10 zones where they have races that can be Priests, and each of the major corresponding cities. There are no Priest trainers outside these areas.
Curiously, Thunder Bluff has Priest trainers in Spirit Rise, in the undead area, even though Tauren cannot be priests.

WhatsTraining:
an addon for World of Warcraft Classic that adds a list of available trainer spells to the spell book, so you can easily know when to seek a class trainer out. Spells you already know are moved to the bottom. Mousing over a spell will show you its tooltip, with the cost to train attached to the bottom. Mousing over a category header will show you the total cost of training of spells in that section.
