The corruption is inside the tree trunk in the middle of the Dragonshire; enter the trunk from the south side.

This is the same location as the Ruby Lilac quest.

After you kill Dahlia Suntouch her Remnant shows and tell you her story:

I*ve lived here and kept this shrine with blessing of the Alexstrasza for longer that i can remember. In it*s darkest hour I failed... I fell at the feet of that damned deathknight... Bloodbane.

The Lich King is stretching his hand far now... fearlessly treading on the most sacred lands of all of the flights. He intends to force us to action.

My time is done... I offered myself to Alexstrasza in life, but I have nothing left to offer in death. She will need a new keeper for her shrine.

And thank you... thank you for freeing me from the shackles of the damned. You are a hero... I know you will go on to great deeds.

For this quest, u need to kill Dahlia Suntouch.
And, kill 6 Frigid Necromancer.

de ja vu, i already had to kill this woman for a previous quest, and got the ruby brooch or whatever and did that quest. Why did I return to do this, i'm not sure. Easy quest, solo'd as a 72 ele. sham even though it's 75. =/

im inclined to think the title is reference to how the place looks rather than anything else. you have ruby keepers dropping out of the sky, on fire... it literally is a field of flame. they may have got the idea for the arrangement of the phrase from the song but I dont think its named after it. could be though, they do like to do that sorta thing lol

Entrance to cave is location 48,50. Just ride around the tree on the ground and you will find it.

Go into the cave under the tree and kill Dahlia Suntouch, a level 75 non-elite.

Enter the Ruby Dragonshrine through the southern pass, then kill 6 Frigid Necromancers and eliminate the source of the corruption under the shrine. Return to Vargastrasz once the task is complete.

Description

I have one final task for you, <race>... one that should turn the tide of this fight.

Return to the shrine and kill the necromancers that are fueling this onslaught. With them dead, we should be able to beat these forces back and eventually retake the shrine.

I also need you to find the source of the corruption under the shrine and put an end to it.

I know I have asked a lot of you, but if you do this for me, we will win this battle.
