That's it? Seems like a very light update.
500,000 gold is about about where I'd assume a gold sink mount would be at this point. 16k in Wrath, 120k in MoP... 500k might even be on the lower side, which is annoying, because I feel the spider is too overpriced. I once worked out the number of daily quests you have to complete to get enough gold for each mount, though, and the spider was way overpriced by that. But gold is far more common from WQs and the mission table. Yeah, it's a saving, but the day I added all the gold WQ rewards together there was 10k right there, on one character, no counting mission rewards. It'll take a couple months to save up, but that's not much more than other gold sinks.

That updated map is pretty cool, the fel burning through the map to show a small section of Argus underneath.
I'm surprised they didn't put Argus at a corner of the Cosmic Map instead.
That's... very lazy, the map. A cop out. Why not put it on the planetary/cosmic/galactic map?
How are the mount rares going to work? Are they the common kind of rare? Will it be daily drop chance? 100%? Will they be very rare like the Draenor mount rares?
Am I the only one who thought the map design was cool? I liked how it's burning through the corner, invading our world via fire. It's not just plonked in the middle or a little planet shape with the other planets we have so far, it's creeping its way through into our world. Also I'm glad we're learning where these mounts are coming from, looking forward to reigning them in! :D
