I'd have to say this is one of the most beautiful robes in game. I got one while farming for a small bit'o'level left and I RP in it all the time.

This robe uses the Blue variant of the "C1 Robe" artwork.

There are three shoulders (with different shapes) that use the same artwork set and colour (Abjurer's Mantle, Arcane Pads, Mistscape Mantle) and two hats (Mistscape Wizard Hat, Sorcerer Hat). Together the three pieces look like this.

Other coloured hats of this artwork set don't always match their corresponding robes all that well, so I have some doubts about whether they're really intended to match. This one seems a little off-colour (it's actually the "Dark Blue" variant, the proper Blue variant is even less likely). There doesn't seem to be any set artwork for any other piece (belt, boots, bracers, gloves).

The complete set of in-game colour variants of this artwork are: Green, Blue (used in Mistscape Regalia and Abjurer Regalia), Black (used in Master's Regalia, Black Mageweave Regalia and Netherweave Vestments), Purple, Red (used in Crimson Silk Regalia), Gray (used in Duskwoven Regalia). The colour links also provide a list of matching pieces. Judge for yourself whether you think the wizard hats match or not, but they are definitely included in the same art set.
