The beta is having some issues showing where this is but for those that need this, the goblin is through a cave which goes through to another beach. On your map it is the middle of the map, where there is land that sticks out furthest into the ocean. Northern side of the mountain that is also there......Same place you complete the quest Southsea Shakedown on the pre Cataclysm WoW. Southsea Shakedown

I have been trying this for three days now, and she is not showing up here. I don't know if it is bugged or what. I even tried dropping the quest and getting it again, but to no avail. Is this happening to anyone else?

This quest seem to be bugged. I have tried now few times and she is not showing up at. 71,7-45,4 Where the quest mark is.

A GM just tried to fix this quest for me for two hours but did not succeed, I guess some of us will have to wait untill a patch fixes this...

A GM did let me know that this quest is bugged and that they are working on it.

it's bugged to me too, and i dropped the quest and tried to see if it may work, but the sad thing is...i cant even get it back cuz i cant see her>.<!

I have been trying to work on this quest to complete the achievment as I have 32/40 and can't find anymore quests to do. I have checked back everyday to see if they are showing up yet and I still do not see them. Getting kinda aggravated and would like to finish to be done with Kalimdor. Think I am going to put in another ticket.

I'm having the same problem turning in the quest Momentum and I did the Dunemaul Recruitment quests first. This is annoying since i am sitting at 33/40 quests into the Tanaris Quests achievement.

I also submitted a ticket on this, the NPC wont spawn. I got the answer in mail that the problem is known and bla bla, standard answer. Three days later this isnt solved yet.

I found her! Not in the cave. Further down, in Lost Riggers Cove at (72,45). Hopefully this helps someone.

Submitted a ticket just now. Still no Megs Dreadshredder.

Tried logging out/back in, /reloadui, killing a few things in the area, clicking on random things and, finally, google.

Just tried dropping and reacquiring the quest, still nothing.

OK I FOUND HER!

I had this quest, it told me to fill it at rigger cove, went there and couldnt find megs, So i came on here and read your comments that it is bugged. I dropped it, then went back to gadgetzan, and THERE SHE IS!

OK , I dont know whats going on but i just also found MEGS DREADSHEDDER at DUNEMAUL COMPOUND also right near GADGETZAN, I got quests from her at both locations. I am 40/40 now

ok i am such a noob, im not 40/40 i was lookin at the wrong one..

I had a quest (yellow ! ) and it was from megs dreadshredder, telling me to go meet megs dreadshedder at rigger cove, and she is not there like you all know.

But how is megs dreadshredder giving that momentum quest if its to meet her?

i do know that you can get the momentum quest from the megs at dunemaul compound and from the megs at gadgetzan. weird. o well i give up.

I've submitted a ticket recently, it took approximately three days to process (put in Monday 10th Jan, 2011). After a response from GM stating that the inquiry shall be forwarded to developers, and to check out community sites in the meantime, I decided to check up on the quest NPC just in case, and as of Wednesday the 13th Jan, she was standing there at Lost Riggers ready for hand in. If you are on the quest and haven't been back there in a bit, I suggest you go check again. It might have been fixed as of late.
