I got 8 rare rings out of 68 so a 11% chance based off of that which is pretty good..although if heavenly shards drop 2 being worthless like dream shards then its something at least i would like not to happen.
After Disenchanting them i got:
89 Hypnotic Dust
33 lesser celestial essences
6 Small Heavenly Shards
That sells for 3694 gold on my server...If i had sold the gems uncut i would have gotten 3040g +68 for the settings is 3108g.
A profit of 586g. Not a whole lot but i expect to make a higher percentage as the prices go down.

According to my Enchantrix data, I've disenchanted 1389 of these green rings.

To summarise,
1059 of these became (#52555) Hypnotic Dusts, total 2098
330 of these became (#52718) Lesser Celestial Essence, total 675

If I do get dusts, I would get on average 1.981 of them.
If I get essences, I would get 2.045 of them.

Overall, each Jasper Ring gave me 1.5104 dusts and 0.4860 lesser essences.

I made 331 of those, got 228 green ones and 44 blue ones.
That suggests a chance of 13,29%, but of course I could have been lucky or unlucky.
I hope someone can use the data :)

For those making these in mass to disenchant and then sell.. i've discovered that you can "create" the heavenly shards and greater celestial essences at the same time that you DE. that is:

/use lesser celestial essence
/use small heavenly shard
/cast disenchant
/use item:52306
/use item:52307
/use item:52308
/use item:52309
/use item:52492

This cuts down on the number of times you have to click the fricken things after youve made 12000 rings to DE.

For those who might troll me.. when you're proccing hundreds of blue rings, you're better off trying to sell 10% of them and just DE the rest.. giving you shards.

By the time you're up for another round of craft/DE the 10% quantity of blue rings will still have not all sold. Same goes for all the other related crafts.

There is a small problem with these percent values ... and I do not know the answer now:
1-8 has linear chance or logarithmic chance?

1 has 12.5% chance
2 has 12.5% chance
...
8 has 12.5% chance

OR

1 has 50% chance
2 has 30% chance
3 has 15% chance
...
8 has 0.01% chance

This is very important when creating the perfect predictor for disenchanting.

Thanks for the disenchanting info everyone. However, there's one piece of information that would be nice to know, along with statistics of how many lesser celestials and hypnotic dusts you got for so many disenchants: whether or not you have bountiful bags. From what I've heard, it makes a significant difference to totals such as these. I personally have bountiful bags so knowing the totals for someone who has this as well would be quite helpful. Alternatively, knowing the results of someone who didn't have bountiful bags and then knowing how much more you would get if you have bountiful bags would be just as helpful.
