Easily best tanking ring for druids, overall in survival and mitigation against Gatekeeper however there is a slight threat loss, due to the 27 hit rating that gatekeeper has.

This has double the armor of its closest competitors, Signet of Winter and Gatekeeper. It is by far the best EH ring in the game.

I've been told that armor off Bonus Items, like Weapons, Rings, necklaces etc, does not contribute to the ap/armor talent Bladed Armor of Deathknights? Can anyone else confirm this? If so this makes this ring not as good it seems as some of the Naxx25 stuff.

How does lowering its armor reflect the item level? :( The Leviathan's Coil is level 226 while other rings that have armor are Signet of Winter (219) and Gatekeeper (213). I don't think a level 226 item should have the same armor as 213 or 219. But because those 3 rings have different of stats, its kind of like comparing oranges and apples.
